I was to demo watercolors for two days. Vanessa did my hair and she did a beautiful job EXCEPT she used the WRONG COLOR and I ended up with Ash/mousey brown hair! It made me look DEAD! I called her and she wanted me to come right down but I had NO extra time! I quickly put on a Frosting cap and lightened it in sections. Some parts are brassy so I washed it with purple shampoo to soften it. I used to frost for years. I paid Vanessa $174 including tip. Because "I" touched it she would not help me!
