AJ was polite and talked to me with respect and didn't try to just talk over me to my husband. AJ called me in the morning to say when the team would arrive and they were prompt and started right away. The trees in our backyard worried me but they came in with a huge cane- tied my tree to it- cut the trunk and lifted the dead tree out over the fence and onto their trailer. An amazing site. Most other companies wanted us to remove sections of out wood fence to drive their equipment onto the yard. They then cleaned up all the down limbs and mess. Only thing we had to do was level off were they grinder the stumps and plant grass. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly this company worked. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

I gave them a 2 since they originally were responsive. If they didn't have time to deal with my situation then they should have said so. According to the last text the arborist Noah was going to review and get back to me and there has been no response since May 27th. I do not recommend this company.
