I went to this location on Saturday, March 5, 2025 around 1:30 p.m. to purchase a brake light…read morebulb, I asked did they carry what I needed and could they install it for me. They had the bulb but stated it was too difficult to put in to where the bulb was located. There were four available male white associates and no one could help. I thanked them and went down to AutoZone on Robinson Rd. They installed the bulb, it took two seconds, a woman associate installed the bulb, she removed one small panel on the right side, removed the old bulb and put in the new one. No difficulty. So because I was a woman, a black woman, they were all white men, they didn't want to help me at O'Reilly's. For any type of service I usually go to Mercedes of Texarkana or Forza Auto on Lake Dr. but both were closed. Everyone I see I will tell about the unacceptable service I received at O'Reilly's on New Boston Rd Texarkana, Texas

I was feeling so defeated but O'Reilly went to the shelf when I called to double-check they had my part so I wouldn't waste any more of my time. The associate that checked me out was attentive, friendly, and exactly what I needed in this stressful moment. O'Reilly has my service from here on out. Thanks, guys.

My daughter was stranded in Texarkana so she bought a car for me at pickers when she was there to…read moretest drive it took them an hour to put gas in the car so they could test drive. That way she had a ride home and then I would have a car. She paid $1200.00 for the car and they gave a bill of sale and as she was leaving they gave her the title in an envelope. my daughter and her boyfriend didn't look at the title but when they finally got home because the car kept dieing I then looked to my surprise yes it was a salvaged title and they had not signed it or anything. To top it off it shows it has a lien on the car. Never once did pickers tell them it was a salvaged title. So of course they had to make that hour drive back to pickers and they left the title at pickers for a few hours they said they would have it fixed and ready. Well pickers signed the lein spot where it says name but didn't sign the title line. They also failed once again to bother to put anything on the back of the title. So when my daughter brought it home again I took it to the DMV to see what was needed. The lady highlighted areas that needed to be filled out by pickers and by John used cars. So here it is a month after buying the car and we still can not get it legal. I called pickers myself and at first they told me there was nothing they could do for me. After explaining several times to the lady she put me on hold twice then she tells me I'm going to have to bring the title back up there again. So a month later I have a car that I can't do anything with and now I have to again find a ride to pickers witch is an hour away and not once have they apologized or offered anything for gas or nothing. Rightfully I should take the car and title back to pickers and demand my money back because it is illegal to sell a car with a salvaged title without making the buyer aware of the salvaged title. If the title dont get taken care of this time I will go ahead and get my attorney involved. I have been unhappy with pickers from the start of this and so not recommend buying a vehicle from them at all. Also they could have fixed what was wrong with the car since they knew the whole time what the deal was. One of the employees even stated that he would have bought the car but they wanted to much to not fix it or take at least a hundred off the price. Also someone from John used cars supposed pickers called them and they come to pickers and signed off on the lein but if so you think they would know how to fill out the title correctly since that is what they do for a living.
