Had a great time at this corn maze and harvest festival. Plenty to do and maze was REALLY tricky. Appreciated the flags we went in with.it's of food options and really pleasant staff. The tractor ride was skippable it was strictly a loop but you did learn about the farm. read more

Always a great time at the farm! This family friendly environment is fun for all ages. My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed the corn maze on a chilly day here in Florida! They also have a cute market full of produce from the farm, family pumpkin patch during the holidays and plenty of food vendors to enjoy! read more

Did the night maze. Plenty of stations to purchase food and drinks as well as a s'mores kit. I would recommend bug spray.

I paid for a ticket for the fall festival. My ticket clearly states last entrance to the corn maze is at 4:15 PM. I lined up at 4:13 PM. The farm hand told me the maze closed at 4:10, and wouldn't let my family in. I told him the website and my ticket says 4:15. The manager came by and didn't help at all, no partial refund offered. Just mentioned they've worked all day. It was nice last year before it got too crowded. Not likely we would waste our money again. read more

Super friendly environment definitely a great place to bring kids. The entry process was so easy and they are dog friendly! They had great food trucks and activities for kids. The hay ride was a little underwhelming but might not be for children. The market is awesome. The only thing is the tickets were pretty expensive and so were all the food trucks and venders, but their personal market store was very affordable! Was our second year going! read more

Scott's Maze Adventures - Corn maze - Farms Near Me - Mount Dora, Florida

This place is super cute, it was great for all our children (ages 11,10,8, and 18months) * can't forget the biggest kid of them all my husband) lol but they had a lots fun with the countless activities; slides, zip line, bounce pad, wind tunnel, these black roll tunnel/tubes, chalk board car, and a large Play area and they did have a toddler area too. They also have fishing and a hayride for an additional cost which wasn't unreasonable. We did do the hayride in my opinion it really wasn't worth it. The corn maze of course was the most fun for our family , they had color stations to find in the "smaller maze". Which they do have a larger corn maze but unfortunately we did not get a chance to do the bigger maze because it took well over the recommended time to finish the smaller maze with small kids lol but it was worth it. We will definitely be going back soon! read more

Great little place to go to with the family. We went here to experience our first REAL corn maze and it was well done and a lot of fun. Be aware that depending on how fast you get out that little feet might get tired and by the end my 4 year old was begging to be picked up. There are tons of fun activities for the kids to do like slides, games, a playground, etc. and I am pleased they have staff at each station to ensure kids are being safe and lines are moving. However, things can get a little crowded. Vendors are lovely and offered a good variety of food. We ended up eating at the on site restaurant and let me tell you... the CORN CHOWDER is where it is at. Don't leave without getting some! Make sure you stay hydrated and take a break in the air tunnel :) read more

Great afternoon at the farm. This is perfect for family's because there is so much to do to keep the kiddos occupied. There was fishing, a tube slide and tubs to roll in, mazes of all kinds, hayrides, live music, food and so much more. There's a lot of space for the kids to burn off some energy in a safe place. I went a small group to do the large corn maze. Very impressive is all I can say. Well done Long and Scott. You will definitely get your steps in. A fall must do outing for kids of all ages. read more

We came out for Halloween Night. It was not terribly busy, it was not terribly expensive. I can't say we knew what to expect, but we participated in what we could, where everyone who was in attendance wasn't on top of us all. The maze wasn't terribly difficult, but it was muggy outside and there were a LOT of mosquitoes and this did not make me happy. This was not the fault of the maze, I understand that. I did use the bug wipe and did spray with bug spray, but those mosquitoes were hungry and I left bit up. The vendors they had were ok. We had a Kona Ice and some Kettle corn. I love both of these things, but not the family who camped out in front of the Kona Ice flavorings, who just STOOD there after they'd used it. Again, not the Maze's fault, but people need to be aware of situations that arise. There were plenty of seat outside of the maze. Inside the maze, watch out for folks going faster than you or who want to stop at each of the specialty stops inside. They generally aren't polite and don't want to wait for you to do your thing. it wasn't my thing, but families with kids? It might be yours. read more

This was our first time out here for the corn maze and we had so much fun. We expected to be outside and were semi-prepared for the rain that came that day, but we made the most of it and had fun. We did the fishing and got a chance to feed the fish some hot dogs, but didn't catch anything. They must be the most well fed catfish in all of Orlando :-) We went to the maze and bi-passed the jump mat and playground due to the weather. The kids did want to go play around, but it was agreed that we would have to come back to try those again. The corn maze in the rain was fun, but our map got wet and we didn't really see much of the maze or the fun clues they put out to play along with. We still had a blast and let the kids lead us through the big maze. The funny part was they found, what we think, was the quickest path through the large maze and we were in and out in just about 10 minutes. Still a fun day and great market at the end to get some fresh produce! read more

We had fun here. We came toward the end of the season, so the corn wasn't as high as I'd have expected. We were able to see other groups of people across the field. We got through the maze in about 40 minutes. They also have smaller mazes and a few other things to do. There's also a produce market. Unfortunately none of the produce we got (watermelon, tomatoes, oranges) was worth buying. Not sure if we'd come back, but I'd recommend that you check it out at least once. read more

I bought three tickets for the corn maze on Living Social for $5 so that we could check it out (a savings of $6 per ticket). We went on a Sunday and it was packed! The maze opened at 1 pm and when I arrived at 1:05 pm the line to get tickets was REALLY long. Thankfully there was a separate line for folks that had purchased their tickets online, so I only had to wait a couple of minutes. For anyone going I would suggest purchasing your tickets online to avoid the long lines. We enjoyed doing the maze and going down the Super slide! The maze was set up different colored "sections" so that you knew where you were headed. It wasn't a super huge maze, but it was a lot of fun. We had lunch at the cafe there beforehand and it was pretty tasty. The sandwiches included fresh veggies from the farm and you could even get corn as a side. I had quite the corn filled lunch. I felt it was money well spent and it would be a great place for families to spend the afternoon. Its a fun "fall" activity here in Orlando where we don't have a lot of fall things to do. Make sure to wear sneakers or other closed shoes as the path through the maze is all dirty. Also, bring sunglasses! There is no shade out in the maze or at the activities surrounding it. read more

What a fantastic time we had recently on our first trip here. We had 2 Living Social Deals close to expiring so we made plans to check this maze out. A lot of businesses need to take a cue from places like this. They were SO organized and ran like a well oiled machine! From the guy greeting people as they pulled up to park to the one ushering folks into the area to watch the mandatory video of the rules of the maze. Thankfully we got here right around opening time so there was no line whatsoever. We got our wristbands and pencil and game booklet, watched the video then we were on our way through the maze. The maze itself wasn't overly complicated but still challenging and since it was closer to the end of the season, the husks were broken off and dry so we could easily see ahead of time. Some stalks were as tall as me (I'm short)! My husband really got into the word search and finding clues so I let him have at it. The theme of the word searches was Second Harvest Food Bank which was cool since it helped educate those who may not know about their services and what they do. There are some guys that are up on a high fixture overlooking the maze so you are never far from help if you do get lost. Plus they sell bottles of water if you suddenly get parched. Overall, we had an excellent time and this just made us enjoy Florida even more when there are gems such as this locale in our own backyard. Here are some tips: 1) Wear sneakers. No sense wearing any kind of heel. You will be walking constantly and need good support and comfort. 2) Wear sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. That sun is brutal. 3)Try to visit the maze at the beginning of the season when the stalks are taller and green. The maze runs until Dec 15th. 4) There are only portapotties so bring antibacterial gel. 5)Bring cash as some of the food and drink vendors don't take cards. 6)Take some great photos from the several towers on property. 7)Take the time to check out the small market for produce and goodies like Apple butter and several types of dressing, to name a few. 8) Very kid friendly. There is a huge play area and then some! read more

This place is super awesome. Definitely prepare yourself for an adventure. It was a group of us that went, I thought it was a great way to spend a Saturday Afternoon. How many times in your life can you say you conquered a Corn Maze. I definitely encourage you to bring water or purchase some on the property if it is a nice Sunny Day. It is definitely a maze you can certainly get lost in. But do not worry folks they give you a flag just in case you lose your sense of direction. I simultaneously had a mind workout and a physical workout. I would highly recommend checking this place out for a unique experience. read more

Scott's Maze Adventures - Corn and More Corn! - Farms Near Me - Mount Dora, Florida

We had so much fun here. The kids enjoyed the maze and looking for hints to get us out. There is so much to do from the hay ride to zip lining to jump houses and fishing. The food was really good I had corn from the farm and OMG that was a step up from anything I have had in the past. I love Kona Ice and was so happy to see their truck set up there. My sister accidentally misplaced her tickets for the hay ride and they generously replaced them for her. I purchased the pumpkin syrup from the store and apple pie jam!!! HOLY MOLY it was great. read more

Florida is a wonderful place, but we are seriously lacking Autumn. I try to explain this season to my kids, but they just don't get it. So, in an effort to expose them to fall, we ventured out to Scott's Maze Adventure. What is amazing about this whole place is you really get the sense that people made everything here. They built everything. Maybe you could buy it on Amazon, but they didn't. It's pretty remarkable. When you first enter you are corralled into a barn for a short video that goes over the maze rules. It's short and useful. From there you enter an area with play equipment for the kids and a fishing pond. Beyond that is the corn maze itself, which from the air looks like a complicated design, but from the ground looks like a corn field. Our group found the closest entrance to the maze and took off. The maze is supposed to take over an hour to complete. Somehow we found our way out in 20 minutes. The problem there is that there are multiple entrances and exits, and we really only walked through about a quarter of the maze before finding an exit. I kind of wanted to go back in and try to make it across the maze, but I was overruled. Next we ventured into the tree maze. Unlike the corn maze, which is replanted every year, this is a permanent maze of bushy trees. This is where spiders enter my story. The kids dash ahead into the maze and then I start hearing blood-curdling screams. Oh dear. Turns out spiders LOVE the tree maze. And they love to spin webs between 5-6 feet above the ground between the trees. I have never seen so many spiders in my life. Seriously. (They were the kind-of-cute crab-shelled spiders that come in pretty colors, so less menacing than, say, any other spiders.) The spider maze turned out to be the most fun we had all day. We were the only people in there (and judging by the number of webs not many had been through before us that day). We had fun dodging the webs and all the shrieking kept the kids excited. It was a blast. So, I would go back for the spider maze. And I would love to try the corn maze again. Maybe with a map and a goal to go all the way across the field. read more

Be prepared! In late October it was very hot! Bring water, umbrellas for shade, hats, etc to keep cooler. There is a lot to do here for kids and as 2 adults, we still had fun. However, I may wait until later in the year next time...or when a cooler front moves in. There are a few vendors to buy drinks or snacks and a little market that sells fresh vegetables and jams. They have different mazes and a hayride, too. The hayride is extra but the other mazes are included in the entrance fee. When starting, they herd you into a small hot building to watch a "safety" video and then let you loose...through a cement tunnel. We did not find everything, got too hot, but had a fun afternoon. read more

This is a annual tradition for our family. Over the years the crowds have grown and grown, which is starting to lessen the fun. Still, it's a great place to take the kids and let them burn off some energy. Be prepared to be tired and filthy by the end of the day. Some tips: wear closed toes shoes, your own water and bring wipes! To do: two nicely grown and kept corn mazes. There is a smaller one for those not wanting the long version. In the small maze you find stations with colored chalk which you mark with one finger on your hand. By the end each finger is a different color and when you leave you find your fortune based on the order of the colors. The large maze can potentially take HOURS. We have yet to complete it, but our kids are little. They also have a basic rock maze and in the very back some other, lesser kept mazes. Last year the maze in the back (they are some kind of large bush) had tons of giant spider webs throughout. We now call it the "spider maze" so be warned! There are some very basic play sets, although unfortunately no swings for toddlers/babies. Much of the equipment doesn't have rails so you have to shadow little ones closely. They have some tires stacked in sand, a bounce pillow, zip line, wind tunnel, misty maze, 2 story tunnel slide and lots of photo opps. For an additional fee you can take a hayride or fish. Neither of these, in my opinion, are worth the upcharge. We went late in the season this year (mid-November) and the corn was almost completely out of season. What they did have was not fresh. Big bummer as that's the main draw. They do have lots of friendly staff and a small country market. Do not pay full price- they always offer Living Social deals for half off. Act quickly though, they'll sell out. Get there right when they open for shortest line. Sundays hours are very limited (only 1-5pm) so Saturday gives you more bang for your buck. If the weather sucks you'll be miserable. I'd rather be there in the cold than the heat though as there is little shelter and walking the maze is HOT. No flushing toilets (port o pots only), so go before you leave home and hold it. read more

Traveled about an hour to get there and was very pleased. There were a lot more activities to do then I expected. Plenty of food venders and spots in the shade to eat. It's a great weekend spot to visit if your local or out of town. read more

We had never been to a corn maze and were excited to try; however, it was very underwhelming. Corn was so short you could see everyone and every marker quite easily. So many people in every line and throughout the maze so you could never get lost, even if you tried (no social distancing possible at certain points). The staff was not taking precautions to keep guests safe and not friendly. Would not return. read more

Our son loved leading us through the maze and the other activities they had for children especially the kids zip line. He had so much fun he talked about it all night. Our favorite part was Santa he took time to talk to our son about his favorite movie, star wars, and about the love of Christmas. The time he took talking to him was very special and much appreciated. I would make a trip out there again just for Santa. read more

Was really excited because of all the reviews. Very disappointed by the LONG line. Spent $40 after an hour wait (Came an hour after opening) for 3 people (maze and hay ride). Waited another hour for food (so now it is 3:12 and they close the maze at 4:15). We loose another 20 minutes waiting for the hay ride and then about 15 minutes on the ride then loose another 15 minutes waiting for and watching the safety video. So by the time we start actually going we only have 1 hour to do everything! I highly recommend buying tickets in advance but if you don't have a way to print them make sure you you do it 6 hours in advance or they won't have them. Very disappointing. read more

Not impressed by any means. We've enjoyed other corn mazes across this country including several years at the Guinness record holder, Cool Patch Pumpkins in Dixon, CA with their maze of 52 acres. Now living back in Central FL we wanted to try out a corn maze here and after this visit hope we can find something better for next year. Thought tickets were expensive for the little bit they offer. Everyone was very nice and it was cool to see all the teens involved in running the place and having a good time with it and why I gave two stars instead of one. After purchasing our wrist bands we were then corralled and lead to a barn for a forced rules briefing...really??? Never had that at any other location across the U.S. and it truly was wasted time having to wait our turn to hear their rules and the silly briefing. When you go to enter the corn maze they insist you carry a flag with you in case you get lost. Again, really?!? I can see the entire little bitty maze, everyone in it, and everything in the area as the corn is so low and everything is marked out any ways. You enter and the paths are outlined by tape on both sides of you. Come on, another thing we've never seen before at any maze. If you have some kids less than ten this might be interesting but otherwise it's lame! I was surprised how many gave this place such a high rating for if they were to ever try a 'real' corn maze that is truly challenging they'd see how this is like those cheap carnivals that visits small towns once a year charging for everything. (If they say lack of rain kept the corn low, for what they charge fry watering it, it's just the size of my Grandmother's garden. The mid-west got less rain and they watered it for some awesome mazes this year that don't charge near this.) So the pros - friendly folks. Cons - cost, size, and time spent on silly things like the crazy briefing. Recommendation - Search out something better, sure there are some nice ones close by like what we've enjoyed elsewhere across the U.S. We'll be searching them out for next year. read more

This place is totally worth the $5.00 groupon I purchased. I went with a couple of friends and we took a three year old with us. Everyone had a blast. Lots of kids running around enjoying the corn mazes and additional activities that are offered for kids. It's really a great way to spend quality time with family in the middle of the country. read more

This is an excellent place for a field trip. Although, we did not visit as part of a field trip. Prices are fair, in my opinion. You get to go through the attractions more than once, which is a great bang for your buck. They have made to order food- burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, fresh squeezed lemonde (not squeezed until you order). They have a small mist maze which is a genius idea considering we are in central Florida. It is a nice way to cool down. The playground is a nice way for the adults to get a rest while the kids burn off their energy. Catch and release pond is quite neat. read more
