I came across J&L, left a message, Joey called me back seconds later and I told him that I had to get my rear brakes done, pads and rotors. Joey's estimate blew the Subaru quote out of the water, he was available and gave me a reasonable window on finishing the job on the same day, so I decided to give him a shot. He actually ended up finishing ahead of schedule and everything turned out great! I actually was able to honor an appointment which I was very close to cancelling as I called on short notice but couldn't put off the repair. Joey and his son are honest mechanics who charge fair prices and do a great job with a quick turnaround. I recommend him to everyone. I will use him again and again.

We spoke with Mark. He checked out our car, got the parts ordered and fixed it in less than a week for $650. FIRESTONE had it for over a month and quoted us 2500. We visited every dealership imaginable in the Manchester NH area. GMC, Mazda, Toyota, Jeep,…read moreChevrolet to name a few. At some of those places, we were treated inappropriately and lied to. We were extremely discouraged. We HATED wasting our weekends trying to find the right vehicle. Then, we decided on purchasing a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. We LOVE this car. AMAZING in the snow. Sporty, comfortable. But that wasn't made us totally sold that this vehicle was the right one. What sold us was the way Milford Subaru treated us. We told them what we wanted. And without the back and forth, without the negotiating, without dishonesty, they delivered. It was by far the EASIEST Car Buying experience we've ever had. Kris Caron, our salesman and Jeff Diener, the GM are the reasons we bought this car. They promised they could get this deal done, and they did. I have NEVER trusted a dealership...until now. If you enjoy the stress and hassle of buying a car, go see any other dealership. If you want a great vehicle with great customer service, go to Milford.

Well in the process of getting all the labor and work completed they forgot to change the sticker on my windshield. When my wife got pulled over today and tried to explain to the cop that the car was in fact inspected but they failed to put the sticker on the car, she still got the ticket. I went to my mechanic and told them the situation to which they apologized and agreed to take care of it right away. They finished in about 10 minutes and when giving me my keys back they also ave me a $50 Visa gift card for the inconvenience and an assurance that if the police didn't remove the ticket (as the very nice op said they would do) Vulc Tech would pay for that too. I love small business! See is why I've have been and will stay loyal to Vulc Tech. They've always provided great service and top notch expertise.
