Townsend Ford Stands behind it'd Customers…read more I have been trying to tell about our experience with Townsend Ford, well I know what to say now. You know how companies will say they will Stand behind their customers well some say it but don't do it. We returned a rental car , there was no damage and 4 employees saw the car when it was returned. Well Townsend Ford did stand behind us and worked with Enterprise to make sure it will not happen to their Customers again. Enterprise told my daughter that Townsend Ford stood up for us and would not back down.
