Erik's staff were very helpful, respectful, and honest about the situation. Knowing that the shop that had done the original repair was refusing to honor their warranty (presenting a legal issue), Erik's wrote out an thorough description of what they saw when they looked at my car and spent some time talking to me about potential solutions when I was done. They said they would email me a full estimate later. The waiting room was a bit chilly, but they do have space heaters. Overall the waiting area is cleaner than those of other independent repair shops that I've visited in the past. It was a professional experience overall and I recommend them.

My family has been going here for years, and none of us have any complaints about it. I've had…read moregreat service with Lance the owner as well as Greg (and others, but I forget what their names were. In short, I'd feel good about having any of the employees here help me.) When I got a flat tire a few years ago, they put the donut tire on for me and because I had to get a new tire put on that day and they couldn't replace it that day because they had to order the tire, and therefore I had to drive to the bigger tire place in Nashua, they didn't even charge me. Recently, (thanks to NH's potholes,) I got another flat tire, and after the technicains assessed all 4 tires, Greg gave me honest advice about how the tire that went flat needed to be replaced because the hole is in the side, and also one of the others should be replaced because it has a big divet (sp?) on the sidewall so a bad enough dip into a pothole could easily cause it to go flat as well. He also let me know the other two tires have divets as well, but rather than telling me they for sure need to be replaced, he was honest and let me know that the pothole damage to those was more than superficial, but not alarming, so it's up to me if I wanted to get them replaced. That's the kind of service you get here: they are well aware that car repairs and tires are expensive as it is and a big expense for most people, so they don't try to squeeze as much money out of you as they can, they let you know the facts and they only push you to get work done when and if not getting the work done is going to be putting you in danger of getting stranded with a flat, breaking down, etc. Overall: very friendly, very helpful, they're looking to give you good service rather than charging you as much as they can, absolutely no notes

This is an AMAZING group of people! I showed up stressed out and mad (not at them...at the other service location in CT). I think I was very much one of those irate customers. Despite that, the service manager, Rich, took it in stride, helped me the best way he could, and took the time to hear me out. The service receptionist who helped me, Alex, was patient and kind. The two wonderful young mechanics who helped me with transport (Jamison and Lainey - I hope I spelled their names right!) were friendly, fun to talk with, and both had very good things to say about their employment - they are happy to work there. That says a lot. This is a great group of people. They work well on behalf of their customers. They know what it means to value us, to keep us coming back. They worked with my strange work schedule, and they have my respect. I never thought I'd say that about an auto dealership, but here I am, saying it! You can feel secure that this team will do right by you. I recommend Salvadore Chevrolet - five stars.

The problem, which I regret, is that I was not thrilled with the color. It was ok. But wasn't dazzled. They did not rush me, in fact, I would have gone forward with the sale, but Camryn said I should think about it and make sure. I should have stayed with him. I ended up by sheer coincidence, at Mcgee Mazda where they had the color I wanted and purchased a car from them. They get NEGATIVE 10 stars. (won't go into details here unless someone asks) I let Autex know that I purchased the car, I felt guilty because they were so nice. I got a text back saying they were sorry they couldn't source out the car I wanted but if I ever needed anything let them know. I was unsure if my being upset with Mcgee was valid, (I was very angry) so I still contacted Autex and asked questions. They were thoughtful and honest with me even though I didn't end up buying a car through them. Mazda Customer care center told me I needed a software update done at the dealership. Since my experience with Mcgee was so bad she made my appointment with Autex. They were fantastic. They told me a lot about all the things my new car could do that I was never told by my salesman. They were just great. next new car is definitely coming from Autex, and I recommend them whole heartedly. I never felt pushed to make a sale, and I feel like they do care about their customers.

The Manager looked me in my face and told me "I'm not going to lose your business over a couple hundred dollars."
