They moved the customer entrance to the other end of the building and completely re-modeled a new waiting room. They put in a lot more seating, it is now climate controlled, and they even have a coffee station. The customer counter is huge, which is nice when multiple people are being helped at a time. The woman working the counter most times is so pleasant and helpful. She treats each customer like a friend and seems to want to make each person feel valued. They still do great work by people who are honest and fair. Fees are reasonable. Unless it changes ownership, I will always happily and easily recommend this place. Just a side note, though; they are usually very busy so if you have something you need done that isn't urgent, schedule at least a week or two in advance!

When i arrived the waiting room was full and i was given a 45 minute estimate to get to my car. The actual time was less, the repair was to remove a screw and insert a Rema RA6 Repair patch plug. The entire process was about an hour in and out. The price was quite modest. No one tried to upsell me a tire. The customers were friendly and Bob at the front desk was informative and accurate in his communications. The car came back to me clean on the inside without any indication that a service person had driven the car in and out of the garage. My tire was filled to the correct psi. Overall, It was a really pleasant experience. The shop is located in the "country" a few miles out of the "City", but was well worth the drive. I recommend Byers Tire Service without reservation.
