This company is the BEST! We had our original estimate and design with Brock and he is amazing! He not only listened to our vision but designed the perfect yard for us. His knowledge in his field is like no one else we talked with and he fully designed our dream and made it happen. Once the job started he was there daily supervising and making sure everything was done perfectly and then stayed to help clean up. We had concrete, pavers, and turf and even needed an electrical outlet installed and all were done with his supervision and expertise. After they completed a very successful project for my son-in-law, I called Scotts to discuss one of my own. My project was a bit complicated involving artificial turf, some concrete and landscape lighting work. Chase Perez responded quickly, and we set a time for him to visit my home. We had our back yard done by Scotts about a month ago. We are super happy with the result. Chase did the estimate and was the best price of the several estimates we got. Damian and the crew did a fantastic job with the installation. Very neat and blended edges and around trees etc, and they worked fast and neat. I checked in a couple times during the installation and everything was how it was contracted to be as far as soil removal and base depth etc.. We have 2 large young energetic dogs(a Lab and a Great Dane) so the main thing for us is durability and drainage because it gets seriously tested every day in those departments. My daughter purchased a brand new home in Banning. She had Artificial grass installed in the backyard and was disappointed with the end results. With the first rain her backyard flooded and the person who installed her artificial grass said he didn't do drains. I called Scotts Artificial Grass and they came out and raised the drains 4" to their proper level to accommodate the heavy rains and avoid flooding. They also pointed out and repaired a few errors the prior installer did, including adding the proper amount of nails required. They were fast, professional and cleaned up before they left. We got our artificial grass installed a week ago and it's the best thing ever!! I got estimates from at least 6 other ppl. All were licensed and insured just like Scott's. Scott's was the first person to give us an estimate and encouraged us to get as many more as we needed. They were pretty confident. But we did get other estimates. The next best estimate was 700$ more with less warranty and further out install dates. Scott's not only had the best estimate price wise but also had the soonest availability for installation. Scott's also had the best warranty (3yrs on actual work and 16yrs on the grass) and they had the best financing option (18mo 0%apr). Scott's also does military discounts! I was unpleasantly surprised with how many companies do not offer that. Anyway, we got roughly 1,200 sq ft put in our back yard. The guys showed up exactly on time and did an amazing job! They were very kind and respectful. It took the guys 2 days. They tilled our backyard and took away their mess. Scott's does more than just artificial grass. They do concrete, pavers, fire pits, landscaping and more. My husband and I are BEYOND happy with our choice in Scott's! I've been telling everyone and sending them pics!
