My lone complaint was that we stayed here during renovations. They had appropriately provided signage noting that the laundry and gym facilities were closed due to the rehab work going on, but we still had to pay north of $200 for the stay, even with those amenities not be usable. Sort of thought there would be a "pardon our dust" discount. Oh well. The free breakfast in the morning which started at an impressive 6am was excellent. Staffer had it up and running right on time, and the food area was as clean and tidy as I have ever seen with a great selection of items. All in all, a practical place to stay that will soon be a much nicer version of itself.

Another customer had requested a roll away bed and had already made arrangements for it previously online, yet the woman said she can't get the bed to them for at least another hour "until the other girl gets here". This was close to 10PM when she told them that. And the bed was for a child. I felt bad for that family. That being said, the rooms are clean and modern. I felt very comfortable and I would stay here again if on another road trip.

Every time we've come, they've added something new: flooring, window coverings, lamps, art, furniture. It's not fancy but I always have a great night's sleep there. It's the cleanest place we've ever stayed, no matter the price point, even though it's pretty basic. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and pleasant and they work hard to make the place appealing.

She was just so nice and insisted on helping me to my room and wanting me to move my car to make it easier for me to leave in the morning. My room was clean and ready for me and the bed just hugged me in all the right places. The rooms are updated with comfy beds, flat screen TVs, tons of cable channels, and just an overall relaxing feel. The hotel is quiet and non smoking, so it is easy to just relax and let go of the day! I cannot wait to take advantage of the breakfast tomorrow. But, I am definitely going to miss the feel of this hotel! Such a great find for work and just getting away!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Lynn, who provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, compassionate, and went above and beyond to take care of our family. Given that Paris is a small town with limited hotel options, finding one with such great service was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay there again in the future!
