I scheduled an appointment thinking I was going to get cleaning and checkup. Then they brought me in, did a full mouth full of X-rays, then the dentist came in to do the exam...I'm thinking this is an odd order as usually the hygienist cleans you teeth first. Then they tell me I have to meet with the office mgr to go over things. That's when I was told they could schedule me for a cleaning in July (3 months later) or I could go down to their location in escanaba and get my teeth cleaned sooner. So then I realized they screwed me in that now that they did an exam and X-rays I couldn't go to another dentist for 6 months as any new dentist would want or need to do exam and my insurance wouldn't pay for a 2nd exam in the 6 month period.
