They didn't bill my insurance and then sent a claim to a debt collector after only a month and never reached out for me for the insurance info again. They also said they were "swamped" and that they couldn't file an insurance claim again. False, I had to finally do a 3 way call with the insurance company to get Aspen to bill them. It's been a nightmare and I still don't have my reimbursement from them bc they sent the wrong x-rays twice! The only positive I have for Aspen is they got me in quickly and the tooth extraction went well. Oh and the office manager has taken my calls but the results are disappointing. I would stay away from ANY Aspen Dental as they are managerially incompetent.

I had a very frustrating experience with this office, and unfortunately it has cost them my…read morebusiness. I was repeatedly contacted nearly two weeks before my scheduled appointment to confirm, which felt excessive and unnecessary--especially considering their own policy only requires 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Despite confirming and asking for the calls to stop, the repeated contact continued and became intrusive. I specifically requested--twice--that the dentist call me directly so I could discuss the situation. I never received a call back, yet the confirmation calls from staff continued. That lack of communication and respect for my request was disappointing. In the end, I canceled my appointment within their 48-hour policy and have decided not to return. Patients deserve to feel respected, not pressured or harassed over an appointment that is still weeks away. I hope the office takes a closer look at how they handle patient communication moving forward.

Additionally she made time in a full schedule to schedule an appointment for my daughter when home from college one Christmas. The entire staff is friendly and helpful with several good hygienists.
