This "health care provider" is spreading false information about the Corona virus. They quickly…read moredeleted the post after I provided the verified fact check, and have provided screen shots below. However, this is not the only reason I feel negatively about this business. The owner is actively anti-vax and essentially, anti ACTUAL medical care as made clear by her prior posts. While in the office years ago, she made multiple claims that her essential oils could help symptoms of my PSTD and type 1 diabetes. THIS IS FALSE. She is part of an MLM called Doterra. She pushes her oils on you, claiming they can fix just about everything. This is medically irresponsible and could lead to a lot of issues for patients down the road. Do not be manipulated by this business. As someone with an auto-immune disorder, I take the things I've said very seriously. I know these are big claims, but I don't want anyone to end up compromised healthwise because they think a sniff of lavender will cure them of the flu. Practices such as this should not be legal.

Dr. Dan told me several things to improve my posture in the office such as getting a stand to place the computer screen at eye level instead of looking down at the screen. I also got a recipe holder at Bed Bath and Beyond to hold any paper work so I could read it at eye level as well instead of looking down. It took about 4 months until I could really feel a difference with corrections I made and treatments I got from Beacon. My neck vertabrae was so out of line it was creating a lot of pain. I can actually do work now at the computer without any pain. Thank you Dr. Dan and Dr. Megan! The entire staff at Beacon is like no other. It seems like family when you walk in...(better then family at times because they are always friendly when the staff greets you). Love you guys! Mary H

Treated you like a cash cow. $300 month fee! How in the world can they immediately know you need to come for a year? I wasn't given a treatment plan just a payment plan. Offered other things insurance doesn't pay for when I called for info! Before I even walked in the door. Generic plan, everyone gets the same. I went to a better chiro who I haven't paid a dime for since I'm using my insurance for my 12 sessions - does e stim, massage, traction tables and adjustments.

This is the last in a long line of band aides, short-term, temporary fixes, treatments, MD's, DC's and on and on. I never gave up looking for something to help me get my life back. I heard positive recommendations about a non-invasive treatment, SPINAL DECOMPRESSION. I'm beyond the stage of trying it and am a confirmed believer. After 2 dozen treatments I can say with certainty that the pain relief and surprising recovery are incredible. I'm now looking at 60 with a whole new perspective and - yeah - good-bye cane. Thank you Dr Rick! Your strength, confidence and positive energy are added bonuses to the individual, personalized care you give to each of us. The warm , friendliness of the always professional staff contribute to the comfort of our experience at Progressive Rehab. You are a kind, amiable man, generating good health and well-being, with a supporting encouragement, lifting my spirit beyond expectation. Thank you is so inadequate. It's been a long time since a smile has been my primary expression . I love it, I love Chiropractics and I love you too, Dr Rick - you're the best! You might say, Mary's a lifer, and you'd be right!

I feel like Natalie made it a priority to focus on my good health, as opposed to what I was getting from my former doctor, which was just treating symptoms with more prescription medications via the drive-by that they called a visit. First I have to do a tele-doc appointment because their office is closed.. makes sense, right? Then they charge me for an out of office visit?! which costs me $150. Like most Americans, my family stopped going to doctors and dentists to avoid covid germs. Today I call to make an appointment for my daughter and was told that since she hasn't been seen since 2019 she is no longer considered a patient and is now a new patient... and they aren't accepting new patients. SERIOUSLY?? So basically we are being punished for staying healthy. These people suck. There is no poster in the office stating you have to go once a year. And there was definitely no notice that you were required to go during a covid shut down! Do not go here. You never get to see the actual doctor anyway. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.
