I love my new Doctor she took her time explaining things to me and my test was so quick! The woman that took my blood I believe her name is Debora (I hope) she was soo sweet, so nice and kind! These people gave me a great experience and I would 10/10 recommend to any woman seeking an OBGYN

PSA if you are pregnant or planning to be: this place is a nightmare for its unreliability,…read moredisorganization and incompetence. In the first month of being pregnant, I have had my appointment canceled on me and told I need to call back to reschedule about 5 or 6 times. I had an appointment scheduled and I was unsure of its purpose, I called the office and asked, I asked in person at my previous appointment, I called again after that. Every time I was told they would get back to me or they weren't sure. I drove 30 minutes to the appointment just to be told the appointment was unnecessary and I didn't need to be seen. I now have to drive 30 minutes back home. As an exhausted pregnant woman, this is extremely infuriating to have my time, limited energy, and gas money wasted, especially as I had asked multiple times to avoid this exact outcome. On top of that, every appointment you need to fill out a form that is a handful of pages long, even if you were just there the week before, it doesn't matter and you need to fill it out again. The doctors are knowledgeable, some are friendlier and kinder than others, but you will see someone different every single time. If you are someone who will need multiple appointments, I'm confident your experience will be an absolute mess and stress inducing. I would recommend saving yourself the multiple headaches and not become a patient here.

I recently started seeing Dr. Speranza and I couldn't be happier with her and her office staff. I dealt with a few different office staff from check in to check out and every person was kind and seemed happy to work there. Dr. Speranza spent time with me and I felt she was easy to talk to, like I had known her for years. She's honest, compassionate, understanding and thorough. If you have "my chart" access her response time is lightening fast!! My personal expectation is to get a response via my chart within 24-48 hours, and she has exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds on more than one occasion! For example, I sent her a message at 4pm and she responded at 9:30pm. I knew right then I had to write this review! I felt so bad that here she was responding to patient emails at this time of night but I'm also very grateful. My question was not anything that needed an urgent response at all but she still responded quickly. If you are considering choosing this group I say do it!! I am so glad I did. I should also mention I've worked in a hospital for 25 years so when I am a patient I have extremely high expectations and this group as a whole has exceeded them.

It's not what you do it's how you do it…read more The doctors and nurses here are incredibly kind and good at what they do, and I believe they deserve a high five and an above-average rating for their over-all performance. Unfortunately, the front desk support staff was extremely unprofessional and require immediate attitude adjustments since they are the face of the entire operation. In a nutshell, "they're horrible"! Most of the world is fearful of this pandemic, and rightfully so, but it does not give anyone or any business the right to make people feel unwelcomed. Keeping up with my health, I've interacted with similar facilities during these uncertain times. Many clinics prepare for patient visits in advance by sending emails, leaving recorded voice messages, and sending text messages, clearly stating what is expected during a visit. Also, they will ask that you wear a mask when entering the building, remain outside until you are called, and post numerous signs at eye level typed with clear instructions wherever patients will be. Because of my recent experience here, the front desk staff gets a zero because I cannot give a lower score. Support staff your job is essential, but the patients that you serve make your job needed!

The staff at the front desk was too chatty with each other while people sat in the waiting room which is unfair for those who have been waiting for a long while. I actually watched a pregnant woman leave and when she was gone the office staff talked about how she wasn't understanding that more then one dr was on which was why people were going in before her. I don't know how long to woman waited but she had to go to work.. she was there before me for at least 20 minutes and it was definitely disrespectful for the staff to loudly talk about a patient being wrong for leaving. So basically dr c is great but she could use a better staff and work on her wait times!!

But more than that, I have been treated with kindness and respect from everyone in the office. I am writing this because I had an experience today that I have NEVER had at ANY doctor's office before. 2 hours before my scheduled appointment, I got a call from the office saying they were running a few minutes behind and offered that I could arrive 10 minutes later so I would not have to wait in the waiting room for an extended period of time. How many times are you rushing to get out the door and need a few extra minutes - or would love to pick up a cup of coffee on your way, but don't want to be late? I am grateful for their show of kindness and respect. I know that Doctors can run behind. I have waited so many times in a waiting room where no one says anything to you, and you sit there wondering why their time is so much more valuable than yours'. To show such consideration and respect to a patient...well, this is a first. When I thanked the doctor, another surprise. She was happy to find that I appreciated it and told me that they valued all their patients' time. Then, she said I should thank Destiny. That she is the one that will go out to the desk and ask that a patient be called if she sees that there will be a delay. So to Dr. Choudhary, Destiny and the whole crew, thank you. I appreciate the extra effort you make!
