I had an absolute nightmare experience with this company and strongly caution anyone considering trusting them with transporting their vehicle or relying on the insurance coverage and protections they claim to provide. I hired Scott's to transport my Mercedes GLE AMG 53 Coupe from Los Angeles to Texas, and my vehicle NEVER arrived. I ultimately had to report it stolen. Scott's claimed that the driver they assigned through Central Dispatch had allegedly been part of a system hack and that the person who picked up my vehicle was not actually the assigned driver. From the beginning, communication was TERRIBLE. I was given a two-day pickup window, and no one showed up as scheduled. I repeatedly had to initiate contact to get updates regarding pickup and delivery status. I was told my vehicle was "in transit," with updates supposedly coming from the driver for 5 days. I later found those updates were false and that Scott's did not actually know where the car was! Instead of receiving immediate action and accountability, I had to rely on my own insurance while waiting for Brandi to "check with her boss" regarding next steps. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a refund of the money I paid that was supposedly "sent to accounting" by Melissa two weeks ago. Poor communication and what I believe to be a serious failure in basic safeguards and driver oversight ultimately led to my Mercedes GLE AMG 53 Coupe being stolen! read more

I booked with Scott's after seeing and hearing good reviews, and I was not disappointed! Not only was the cost competitive, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Kristy went above and beyond to not only get my transport booked, heck she made sure my invoice was put together and sent, all while at her child's softball game, and she also kept me informed every step of the way. This company is fortunate to have people like her on the job. After booking fairly late on a Friday, the vehicle was picked up in Utah 2 days later as promised, and was delivered by a very friendly driver to CA exactly at the time and day promised (less than 24hrs) in perfect condition. Set up my move 2 mo in advance for a December two day window the week before Christmas. Some hiccups with the driver and another was dispatched . They did the best they could with meeting my deadlines . The contracted driver was very professional. My convertible arrived in a covered transport. Unharmed.
