Do not risk going with this company. They will say everything you want to hear but they never follow through. They won't answer your calls or texts. This not the experience I want from a broker. If they don't even pick up your calls what makes you think they will be there for you if something happens to your car? read more

I simply couldn't be more impressed with Scott's Auto carrier from the initial call with Nikki to the whole process being handled with Brandi who was absolutely nothing short of outstanding. Communication through Brandi was excellent. The car I bought was in North Carolina and I live in Reno and even with the holidays it arrived right in the window they said thank you so much Scott's Auto carrier you guys are absolute Pros! read more

Absolute garbage of a business. All they do is keep telling you what you want to hear. I called them on a Monday and they told me the same bullshit for 10 days. I hired another company and they were able to get my vehicle in 2 days and the vehicle was delivered 2 days after that. If I could give a negative number of stars I would definitely do that. If I had kept this garbage ass company I guarantee I'd still be waiting now 2 weeks later. Fuck this company read more

My vehicle was scheduled to be shipped across the country, with a pickup date set for April 13, 2025, and absolutely no later than April 14, 2025. On April 13th, I had to initiate the call myself just to confirm pickup. They assured me the car would be picked up on April 14th. Well, April 14th came--and nothing. No call, no update, and most importantly, no one showed up. I called repeatedly and no one answered. I was left completely in the dark and had to chase them down myself for any kind of response. Communication was virtually non-existent throughout the entire ordeal. I finally reached Nicole, who had originally arranged everything, and requested a refund. Meanwhile, I had a flight scheduled for April 15th, and this company left me scrambling at the last minute. Thankfully, I was able to get help from another company--AJA Trans Inc. (957 S Wilton Pl #5, Los Angeles, CA 90019 | 626-636-5489)--through Car Shipping America Contact: Linda Sweat Phone: (702) 831-9992 who stepped in last minute and saved the day. The kicker? Scott's Auto Carrier ran the full charge on my card the same day I made the reservation (March 31, 2025) and clearly had no intention of honoring the pickup date. If you have to use a car carrier company to transport your vehicle, Never use a company who demands their payment up front. If you're considering using Scott's Auto Carrier Inc., do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. They are completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. Avoid the stress--they are not worth the risk. read more

I would not use them again. I requested a delivery date of a Sunday or Monday. I signed a contract to that effect. They picked up the car on a Thursday. On Friday they wanted to deliver even though no one was home. They told me that unless I made arrangements they would take my car to Illinois. They ended up charging me more than the contract price. Scott called me after I complained. He called on a Sunday. I never heard back from him. read more

The quoting process was clear and transparent. The person who drove our car was in touch on the pick-up day to update the arrival time (LA traffic can be unpredictable) and was flexible to fit our schedule on the drop-off time. Overall, I was very pleased with Scott's moving my car. read more

cannot begin to express my disappointment with Scotts Auto Carrier. My first contact. with tem was on 11.24.23 to have small dirt bike shipped from NY to NV arriving no later than 12.15.2032. I was told on 12.5.23 there was still plenty of time and not to worry. On 12.8.23 I was told the bike would be picked up Monday 12.11.23. On 12.11 I was told 12.12. On 12.12 I was told 12.13 before noon. It's now 3:45 on 12.13. Thank you for issuing a refund, but what I wanted was my bike to be back in NV for the winter. Had you doubled my refund for screwing this up, I may not be so disappointed. Now, I have to tell everyone. read more

My broker hired them to transport cars. Driver Ripped off the front bumper of 1 car backing off the…read moretrailer. Another car he gut stuck on the trailer and he was spinning the tires to get the car off. He Could have very easily dumped the car onto the ground. In the process he put a hole in one of the tires that was spinning and it was flat within a couple minutes. Brothers Transport refused to acknowledge the damage done and tried to blame the condition of my cars on why they were damaged. Stated they refused my claim since I signed the bill of laden without indicating damage. NEVER AGAIN!

I booked with Scott's after seeing and hearing good reviews, and I was not disappointed! Not only was the cost competitive, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Kristy went above and beyond to not only get my transport booked, heck she made sure my invoice was put together and sent, all while at her child's softball game, and she also kept me informed every step of the way. This company is fortunate to have people like her on the job. After booking fairly late on a Friday, the vehicle was picked up in Utah 2 days later as promised, and was delivered by a very friendly driver to CA exactly at the time and day promised (less than 24hrs) in perfect condition. they are straight forwa and hands down the absolute best auto shipping company I have ever used! I will continue to use their service!! after being jerked around by Montway and Roadrunner, for 3 weeks making numerous phone calls to just go unanswered, and my car still sitting in my drive way! I had enough, I called Scott's and talked to Dani, and get got the job done! my car was picked up the VERY NEXT DAY!!! 5/28. and was delivered fast on 6/1! the driver was great to! the price very far for the service that they give!! and guess what they always answer the phones or call you back in a timely manner!!! read more

Set up my move 2 mo in advance for a December two day window the week before Christmas. Some hiccups with the driver and another was dispatched . They did the best they could with meeting my deadlines . The contracted driver was very professional. My convertible arrived in a covered transport. Unharmed. Due to the hiccups I received a call from Scott himself. Very reasonable and professional. Great customer service . This was a pretty painless move . Would use again. read more
