They cleaned up after themselves each day before leaving for the day. Travis and Cole were the project managers for our bathroom remodel and did a great job of keeping us informed about what was going to happen each day and who was going to be here on the job site. Great customer service. Anthony the owner of KC Bathroom Remodeling was always available if I had any questions or concerns. Anthony even came over on a Saturday morning to look at an issue I had with the tile. We worked with Amy the designer. She was great to work with. She helped us pick out tile, shower doors, fixtures, lights, and even paint colors. Amy had some great suggestions for us. The painting crew did an excellent job. KCBR even hired a cleaning lady to come clean my bathroom when the job was completed. I would strongly recommend KC Bathroom Remodeling. They were great to work with, very nice and clean. Great customer service.

It took a little bit to work us in (they're busy!) but it was worth the wait. The crew was incredibly nice, respectful of our home and time, and, most importantly took the time and care to do the job right. The ceiling looks fantastic. If I didn't know there were patches, I'd be hard pressed to see a difference. 5 stars, will hire again

If you are a serious business owner who wants real advice, excellent work ethic, and a true heartfelt honest approach to the project Dev Inc. is the way to go!

After starting the preliminary design work (floor plan and initial building sketch) we became irritated with our voice not being heard. We were concerned with inefficiencies in the floor plan design and loss of workflow that we have established in our current practice. Mr. Anands defensive and abrasive demeanor did not help our lines of communication. We tried to terminate the contract and pay for the few sketches that had been created. Dev Inc emailed us back and informed me that he and his architect had put close to 300 billable hours into the project and demanded a sum of near $25,000. This was shocking news to us as we had 3 documents in hand: floor plan + site plan + exterior sketch. We got legal counsel for guidance and to help us dispute our case. Dev Anands reaction was to get his lawyer to threaten a lawsuit for over $250,000 of ANTICIPATED earnings and additional expenses!!! Under the threat of Dev Inc suing me I collapsed and paid them. I have nothing to show for the $25K - except a few unwanted drawings, unwanted legal fees and countless hours of lost sleep and stress. This experience has terrified me in the entire building process.

If there is a problem with their work, you are out of luck. The biggest problem I have is with her painters. There were 4 or 5 workers left here with no supervision. None of them spoke English. They turned their music up loud and proceeded to fight amongst themselves. There was yelling and door slamming then one of the men was sent upstairs to paint alone. He did a horrible job. I am still finding paint drops on my floors, appliances, light fixtures, etc. For three years I have been trying to get rid of fingerprints he left on my stained woodwork. Becky has stopped returning my phone calls. I guess I am going have it stripped and re-stained. Plus, there are two adults that live in my house, and the carpet I had to buy from her subcontractor is already worn out. If you use Decorating Den Interiors, pay Becky's fees and don't use her subcontractors.

Fast forward to present day and a different house and different decorating needs. Since we moved here almost three years ago, I've wanted to change out the window coverings in the back part of my house. Remembering my past experience, I called a local Decorating Den and got hooked up with Becky Lane. My needs were very, very specific but Becky was marvelously patient in working with me to find just the right fabric to match the things I already own. I appreciate that she never made me feel like I had to "settle" because the search was so hard. After a few futile visits with countless swatches I didn't think would work, she finally was able to find exactly what I'd envisioned for my windows. As in the past, getting custom drapes isn't cheap but if these are anything like the ones I had in my previous home, they'll keep looking good for years and years. The fabric is beautiful and my draperies are very well constructed, complete with heavy linings. I would highly recommend Becky Lane. She will listen to everything you say and she'll come through with what you need to make your house look it's very best.
