Just as well as I would not want to get treatment at a place that is so inconsiderate of their patients. Being told they were not accepting patients at the time would have been okay but instead I was told that in 6 weeks I might get scheduled for an appointment for three weeks after that. I am on Medicare so I assume I would be put at the bottom of the pile as long as people with better paying insurance were available to them.

He has never gave me the impression of being busy, rushing or not interested. He sent me to orthopedic surgeons when he thought necessary. When hospitalized he always stopped by to check on my progress. I have absolutely no reason to seek another doctor for a second opinion. He's the best!

Terrible experience. My father in law was taken here from the hospital after a fall. We were out of…read morethe country and live in the Detroit area. My husband drove up several times. His father received no rehab to speak of, and when my husband asked, they told him his dad could walk around in the hall for rehab. He was housed in a room with two other men. The Villa discharged him earlier than planned, giving only two days notice, with no plan or guidance for post-discharge. At discharge, he was dirty and smelled bad. My husband helped with him with a shower and found dried blood in his hair from his fall three weeks earlier. His dad fell again just 36 hours after discharge, because he was weak and had received no rehab. If you can avoid this facility, please do.

AWFUL! My sister was here for short term rehab for her shoulder replacement. She ended up with a…read moretotal of four infections on her incision site & a stage 4 bedsore. They don't feed you enough food, some days she doesn't get any pain medication because they claim they ran out. My sister was left laying in a wet soaked bed of urine for hours. I called the front desk and that went nowhere. I called an ombudsman to help seeing I'm currently not in Michigan. I finally found an opening at a new facility & she loves it. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. LOOK AT THE RATINGS FROM MEDICARE.....
