She has kept me from looking like an ogre, and for this my vain self is very grateful. She is sympathetic while causing pain. So have to say she's got an excellent bedside manner! You will know when you meet her that she genuinely cares about her patients. I feel lucky to have found her, for sure!

They proceeded to make me have the conversation in the lobby at the front desk, read my records out loud in the lobby, listing my conditions and medications and treatments, in front of numerous other patients. I told them that several times this was a privacy concern they ignored my request for a private space and continued talking about my medical care. When Charles Green came out and I informed him that they had denied me any form of privacy or HIPAA protections, he retaliated by making making false statements in my medical record and refusing to treat me.
