A few years ago, David helped me secure a purchase loan for a second home--even as a self-employed borrower with complex finances. He found a program that worked, made the process smooth, and got the deal done when others couldn't. Fast forward to today, that property has gone up significantly in value. I recently reached out to David again, and he was able to help me tap into that equity with a line of credit to support the cash flow needs of my business. I was concerned because I have a lot of write-offs, but David used a bank statement loan program that worked perfectly for my situation. The process was fast, easy, and stress-free. David truly understands how to navigate the self-employed space and makes you feel like you're in good hands every step of the way. Highly recommend him and the entire team at House of Loans!
