They never did and you shouldn't need to talk to the Dr for us to get paperwork of what's been done. We are entitled to that. They are supposedly being mailed now. All in all this was a 0/10 do not recommend. We will just be traveling back to Texas for our needs because you can't get good customer service in this area.

There's hardly any wait time between the end of my cleaning by a technician and the beginning of my checkup by Dr. Rucker. I don't know how they do it, but their system is speedy and well oiled. They also send out cute dental-themed reminder postcards the week before your visit, and give you a reminder call the day before. It's a really well-run office. The visits are speedy but thorough, and no one misses a detail. The technicians give a complete cleaning, taking the time to check everything. They are careful and kind, and make the process minimally uncomfortable. Dr. Rucker is the best dentist I've ever visited--she is friendly, gentle, and completely thorough in her exams. She remembers everything about my teeth and misses nothing. She answers all questions with thoughtful, well considered responses. All in all, a great dental office.

I called Aspen Dental with some severe tooth pain after not having gone to the dentist for years…read more Seeing that Aspen Dental was covered by my insurance and their office hours, I thought this would be a good place to go. The receptionist was kind when I arrived, but the good comments stop there. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to have my X-rays done (I was already 15 minutes early) and the ladies who did them were not kind or sensitive to the fact that I was in there for severe tooth pain. The dentist did not touch any part of my mouth when assessing next steps. When sitting with the office manager she stated the dentist said I needed 3 root canals (I was told maybe 1 by the dentist) based on the XRay and that the endodontist they worked with would not let me break up those procedures and it would be an $8,000 ticket. I was then charged $61 to book an appointment with their endodontist (that I ended up not going to because I went elsewhere and got a second opinion). They also told me I would need to pay an extra $300 on my next cleaning to deal with some slight gingivitis that the dentist I got a second opinion from this week said would not even help with the issue. I'm not one to leave negative comments, but care here is atrocious.

It took under one hour and periodontal cleanings take 45-60 minutes per quadrant, there are four quadrants. she went in still having a $1700 credit and tried to say she owed over $700. Daughter questioned and declined the extra electric toothbrush, mouthwash, cancer screen and whatever else in their package. They are over priced unethical thieves. Update: told cleaning appointment would be no charge. Advised to refund as patient would not be returning. Two weeks later checked with office and refund has not been processed and advised it may be 4-6 weeks.

This is said in contrast to the last place I went where I swear they just wanted to make dental visits as painful as humanly possible. I've also found that they accept the insurance provided by almost every business in Crawfordsville. The highest amount I ever had to pay out of pocket was 20 bucks and that was after my first visit where they did about a million different X-rays since I had never been there before. Another thing I like is they give you a phone call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to confirm. Usually its further in advance than that which is great since they only give a penalty charge for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
