So I went here before Covid and last visit in 2021. I'm a happy go lucky person that's nice to…read moreeveryone until you piss me off. Well I got along with everyone at this clinic, I made them all masks and everything. When I got my last pain injection I had a headache for 2 weeks straight, no breaks in the pain. Then my blood pressure shot up and I had a seizure, which I've never had before. When asking Dr. Provenza, of course he denied doing anything wrong. Well since I confronted him with my problems and concerns, he "discharged" me for inappropriate behavior. This here proofs his wrongdoing to me. Found this out today and now that he has passed away, he can't justify his actions and lie about my "behavior" He wasn't the only shady doctor there, they fired the other one that was prescribing medication that actually helped me instead of covering the pain. If you want pain meds and don't want to fix your pain, this is the place to go, they give it out like candy.

Not a fan so far. In serious pain post op back surgery, had to get more injections before he would…read moregive pain meds and yet today I came in for injection and was told my apt was canceled bc they didn't get my PT records yet but I would be seen as an office visit. 4/26/19 They wanted until 3:45 to call to tell me they need to reschedule my 8 am Monday apt for 2 more weeks away bc they haven't received my PT records. It's been 2 weeks I'm still in serious pain and this dr is a joke.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had an appt at 4 pm. I get there at 4 pm. No one at the desk. By the time the…read moredesk girl comes to help, it's 4:01 and she wouldn't see me because I was "late". Desk girl said text says to arrive 15 min early. I show her the text (also attached) that does NOT say that. She said they must have changed it. How should I have known if the text didn't say that. Susan came out and was clearly available but said because you don't get fully checked in by desk girl until 4:01 she wouldn't see me. They are horrible to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere if insurance will let you.

I had an appointment 8/1/25 at 3:30 with Dr Kim. I was held up some on my way there. (School buses…read moreand rail road tracks (buses do the full stop-there were 5-6), terrible traffic. I arrived and was 3rd in line at the window. When I was being checked in they couldn't find my appointment at first. Then they stated I was marked as a no-show. I looked at my watch. It was 3:33. I was told that I had to reschedule; Dr Kim leaves at 3:30. My appointment was at 3:30. How does that work???? I've been a patient for 10 years and have waited plenty of times for over an hour. This was the most disrespectful treatment I've ever experienced from a doctor. Ever! In my life and 10 years coming here. I've had a lot of grievances with this practice. Oh, I had 2 voice mails asking me to come earlier. I'm way too busy at work right now. That tells me he was antsy to get out of there early. Hours advertised are until 4:30. I had to lose 2 more hours at work Monday to get my medication. During the busiest, most demanding, and MOST stressful time I experience every year. So, I'm working 10 hours a day this week even though my deadline has passed to catch up what I couldn't do Friday or Monday. If you are a new patient, go somewhere else! They really don't care about you. And NO ONE will return your call. One other person in line was there to complain about something but, I heard her say she left 6 voicemails and no one called her back. I left so, I don't know what happened but she mumbled that she's going elsewhere, especially after witnessing my treatment.

So. The morning after my hip replacement surgery, I got dizzy and passed out... and wrecked my…read moreshiny new hip! It was possibly the greatest pain I've ever been in. Required paramedics to carry me to the ambulance and a trip to Community Hospital South, where my orthopedist (Dr. Martin, who is awesome) has privileges. The hospital was so very clean, with squeaky floors, the quiet voices of people who obviously liked working together -- there was always someone helping me, talking with me and His Goatness, answering our questions. People were friendly, professional, kind. They ensured I received pain medications as we waited for Dr. Martin to repair my hip. When prepping me for surgery, I asked in desperation if we could avoid movement until after I was under general anesthesia... while they couldn't, they worked so slowly and carefully, and even cut off my underwear as I asked, to avoid moving that dislocated hip. Once I woke, Dr. Martin and the nursing team were there. I'd needed another surgery, alas, to get the hip fixed... but there was finally no pain. I was checked into a comfy room, set up with everything I needed (water -- I was so very thirsty... dinner, tissues, etc.), and then a respiratory therapist visited, to help me get my lungs properly reinflated after being in surgery. (This is a real thing. I've read the studies, and I was impressed that they were so on-the-ball.) While the nursing team got me up every couple of hours to give me medicine, help me use the commode, etc., they got me tucked back into bed where I slept well afterwards. This morning, I'll be working with Physiotherapy to get up and moving, before they send me home. The quality of care was impeccable. Thank you, Dr. Martin, Dr. Mudhar, Dr. Hunt, Danielle, Sam, Jordan, Lisa, Katy, Shannon, Jessica, Misty, Kaitlin, Henriette, and everyone else who took such great care of me.

My wife was at Community South for the past week after receiving an infection from surgery. I was…read moretold to come pick her up today at 1 pm and was told she would be waiting at the front door. I got there, no wife. I waited 15 minutes, went in and fould out that no one had prepared to move her. I asked the nurse when, she told me 2 p.m. I waited until 2:15, I went to the nurses station and no one was there. I went home, expecting a call. I finally called back at 3:15. I was switched to the nurses station, no one answered. I recalled the Hospital and asked again, I was told she was transferred and was told that I could not get that information. I demanded to talk to a patient care coordinator who would not tell me either. She said that She would have a supervisor call me. I told her that she had one hour. I am still waiting. This hospital infected my wife and has now taken her and will not tell me shere. I will probably have to call the police. Well the police will not get involved since it is a medical problem. After making multiple calls I found out where they had taken her. I then found out her Iphone and apple watch were stolen in the transfer. I called their security and they said the items could not be found.
