The guys who did the work came about 9:00 and in one single day stripped our roof and replaced it. Their clean up was amazing, they spent 1 1/2 hours in clean up. We have found only 5 nails since they left and those were in the cracks of the driveway and grass. After the work was done I had a question about a cosmetic issue and Cameron came by himself and took care of the issue. They do what they say they will do!

Once we placed the call for a quote, Owner Kyle Redding and Restoration Consultant Service Specialist Asheton Welch were immediately scheduled. At the appointment, a thorough inspection of our roof was conducted, and an explanation with photos was provided, along with many replacement options to guide us in the direction we could go. What we didn't realize was that there was damage due to a recent storm, so Kyle and Asheton took the extra time explaining how everything could go should we decide to file a claim via our homeowners insurance, as well as variations in the two roofing brands offered and the benefits of each. At the onset, we had initially wanted to get a few companies to come out to provide quotes... but our questions on cost and concerns were put to rest within the first 30 minutes of talking with Kyle and Asheton. We knew there wasn't another company that would take care of our home, better than if we did it ourselves. After the best replacement choice for our home's needs was made, their team was scheduled and the entire job (along with gutters installed) was completed within two days. Asheton came out when both the roof and gutters were being done, and stayed the entire time. She was beyond kind, answered our questions, and walked us through each step being performed, making certain we were comfortable all along the way. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire Allegiance team is attentive to the homeowners' needs and desires, highly knowledgeable in their field, as well as diligent in communication with not only their customers, but also in dealing with insurance companies. The entire process was effortless, leaving us immensely happy with our new roof. We highly recommend Allegiance Roofing & Exteriors as the most reliable and affordable roofing company for your roof replacement needs.

I contacted Levi through Yelp and he responded quickly. We met at the house one evening to review the damages and repairs needed. He promptly provided a quote by the next day if not that same evening. I felt it was a fair quote and price for the amount of repairs needed considering the unknown of the extent of the interior floor damage. The quote listed the down payment needed for materials for the job. I accepted the quote and Levi put me on his schedule for about 3 weeks out. He said repairs would take about 5 days at the time of the estimate and it took 4 1/2 days. Repairs were quality. I am very happy and pleased with my repairs and experience. Highly recommend. I have a few other smaller projects that will need to be done in the future and I will definitely call Levi at Bassett Construction again for my other repair needs.

Thanks to a friend's referral, I learned about Chase Roofing and now I can most definitely say it was the best decision made. Working with professional people at Chase Roofing and with the integrity of their staff was a piece of mind since day one. Kailly came to my place because I had a personal emergency that can not wait, to which she responded immediately and did her very best to prioritize my job. The job took place in a smooth atmosphere, the staff did not bother me at all while they were working. Kally kept me up-to-date and quickly took care of any inconvenience during the process. She also kept me posted during and after hours, including weekends. The project was done successfully and swiftly approved by City of Miami and all its requirements, in turn it's convincing to me that the work force at Chase Roofing knew what they were doing. My roof looks beautiful today, and beyond of that beauty, I am completely convinced that the quality is the best because it was done by a professional company with extremely very good reputation in the roofing industry. I highly recommend Chase Roofing and Kailly Linares, its Project Coordinator. Kailly is a top asset for this company. She will bring you up to date on your project in the most efficient and professional way. Chase Roofing can only be so proud of having her as part of work staff. I truly recommend Chase Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Dale Shoemaker is one of the owners and came to our house to evaluate. He went on our roof as well as into our attic to see if there was any major damage or possible issues due to hail or wind. While one of the people who quoted said there was wind damage, Dale was very honest and said some of the roofing tiles were extremely worn as shown by the amount of particles in the gutters. What I really liked about him is that he said "honestly you can probably get 1-2 more years on this roof without any issues". No hard closing. He offered us extended warranties and could start as soon as we received approval from our POA. His price was reasonable and in the ballpark of others. They take credit cards, but also charge an additional 3% for that service. Brody from RGR called my wife once we had an approval to set up the job. The first thing they did was deliver the materials to our home and drop it on a pallet. Once they started the job, there were between 8-10 workers onsite. In one day, they fully demoed the roof, repaired any damaged plywood, layed down the protective layer and started applying the roof. They were completely done in less than 1 and a half days. The second day, they finished and detailed some of the corners and overhang. They went around the yard with their large magnet to collect any loose nails. Our neighbors have commented on the speed and quality of the work.
