Made an appointment for consultation over the phone regarding two specific questions I had, paid…read morethe consultation fee earlier in the week and was told I would be called by Attorney Knych at 3 p. My phone did not ring but I got a voicemail saying she would call back. I called the office within minutes of the message but was told that the attorney was no longer available and that I could reschedule my appointment if I wanted. I paid for a certain amount of time and wasn't even given the opportunity to speak with an attorney about the questions I had. Office manager said she wasn't sure why the attorney who left me the message wasn't available and that there were no other attorneys available. Do not recommend based on my experience. Will be reaching out to other agencies to address the questions I have.

Selling a home…read morewithout a realtor can be an intimidating task to take on, but after my initial interview with Mr. Walters, I was sure that I wanted their office representing and advising me during the process. During the initial interview, which was free of charge, Mr Walters walked me through the challenges of for sale by owner, and gave me a good idea of how the process would be handled from start to finish. He was very patient in answering any questions that I had. After finding a buyer and going under contract, their office proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, competent, and patient. Any time I had a question or concern, it was addressed quickly and professionally. I cannot thank Mr Walters, Mr Galloway, and Miss Rhodes enough for the incredibly professional manner in which they treated me, the sound advice that they provided during the entire process, and the reasonable pricing that they offered. If you are considering buying or selling a home in the harrisburg area without using a realtor, I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this office of knowledgeable professionals! Thank you!

I thought I was scheduled for a consultation with Mike and my mom yesterday, but when I tried to…read moreconfirm through the online MyCase.com system that he uses for all communication I found my account was closed. I called and left a message and sent an email to Donna, his assistant. No response. Trying to setup this appointment was fraught, my mom canceled twice because of serious health issues. But to shutdown my online account and to ignore my phone and email messages I find incredibly unprofessional. Why not send me a simple message to explain what's going on? This was just downright rude. My impression of Mike is the same as Diane M. who wrote 2 years ago. I found Mike to be condescending and rude working with him on my mother's behalf. To my mom he gave the royal treatment and she ate it up. But to me he was borderline nasty. When we had to redo a deed of trust when my brother was dying a few years ago, he made sure to let me know what an inconvenience this was for him. I was floored by his behaviour. I would not have gone back to him again to discuss changes to my mom's will and POA, but it is hard to find an elder care attorney. I would warn anyone considering using his services - he may seem nice, but that has not been my experience.

She represents me fully, is honest with me about expectations, fully discloses the court process/proceedings in an extremely timely manner, and is extremely fair in her fees. The office seems to run very smoothly. Outside of those things, Penny has truly gone above and beyond to help me to navigate this system I am unfortunately in, and has done so with empathy and understanding, holding my hand when I need it...bolstering me up when I need it, explaining every step of the process to me, respecting my right to know all of the info and be a part of every decision made. She is not only an amazingly adept attorney, but a kind and caring person as well. I am so very glad I found her.
