But to shutdown my online account and to ignore my phone and email messages I find incredibly unprofessional. Why not send me a simple message to explain what's going on? This was just downright rude. My impression of Mike is the same as Diane M. who wrote 2 years ago. I found Mike to be condescending and rude working with him on my mother's behalf. To my mom he gave the royal treatment and she ate it up. But to me he was borderline nasty. When we had to redo a deed of trust when my brother was dying a few years ago, he made sure to let me know what an inconvenience this was for him. I was floored by his behaviour. I would not have gone back to him again to discuss changes to my mom's will and POA, but it is hard to find an elder care attorney. I would warn anyone considering using his services - he may seem nice, but that has not been my experience.

My phone did not ring but I got a voicemail saying she would call back. I called the office within minutes of the message but was told that the attorney was no longer available and that I could reschedule my appointment if I wanted. I paid for a certain amount of time and wasn't even given the opportunity to speak with an attorney about the questions I had. Office manager said she wasn't sure why the attorney who left me the message wasn't available and that there were no other attorneys available. Do not recommend based on my experience. Will be reaching out to other agencies to address the questions I have.

We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this firm for will and trust creation. But there's a warning. You need to do your homework while you process the drafts and figure out what YOU want to do which may not be the easiest thing to do. Take the time. It took us more time than we expected (our fault) to review the draft documents. We did two hard copy drafts and one draft where we just exchanged the modifications. It's a journey, not a desitnation.
