Whenever I left a message through the online portal, she would personally call me back within an hour. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes you feel truly heard. What touched me the most was during my delivery--when I experienced complications, she rushed to the hospital immediately in the middle of the night. Her dedication and genuine concern made a stressful moment feel much more manageable. I will always keep her in my prayers. Jalwa Noor

Unfortunately, our experience with the front office completely overshadowed what should be a happy and meaningful time for our family. When we called to schedule our first appointment, the front desk staff member was shockingly rude and dismissive. There was no warmth, no patience, and no professionalism. Instead of guiding us through the process, she abruptly informed us that my wife was "too far along" at 16 weeks to be accepted as a new patient -- something we have never encountered before, especially in a healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy. The tone and manner in which this was communicated were incredibly cold and condescending. The conversation was handled so poorly that it reduced my wife to tears. No expecting mother should ever be made to feel like an inconvenience when seeking prenatal care. We understand that offices have policies. What is difficult to understand is the complete lack of compassion and basic courtesy in how those policies are communicated. An OB/GYN office, of all places, should recognize the emotional vulnerability that can come with pregnancy and treat families with empathy and respect. It is deeply disappointing that what should be a joyful chapter for our growing family was tainted by such an unprofessional interaction. We hope the practice takes a serious look at how patients are treated at the front desk, because first impressions matter -- especially in healthcare.
