The lady I talked with and the one who did my scan her name was Kim. So what was nice is I came in to check in thinking I was going to need to fill out a bunch of paperwork but it was simple. The lady who checked me in asked me a few questions and I was off to get this test. Kim she was the sweetest lady she was very helpful with getting me ready and letting me know what to expect. The test only took about 10 minutes to do. Kim made sure that I was very comfortable and made sure I had warm blankets on me the whole time. I have…read morehad an undiagnosed illness for almost 3 years now because these doctors did nothing to help me. I'm a very timid person with diagnosed learning/anxiety disorders. Which I feel made a big impact with how they treated me. I was a weak,vulnerable, and very poor person but desperate to stop throwing up daily and having uncontrollable nausea/disziness/hot flashes. I would wait an average of 1&half hrs in the waiting room to be seen just for it to be an extremely rushed (15min max) conversation where she would interrupt me and not let me talk (it takes me some time to word sentences because of my learning struggles) and not once did I have the chance to get out what I needed to say before she told me what she thought or "knew" about what my body needs and not once was she correct. Why did I stay almost a full 3 years of btw WEEKLY appointments for absolutely no help- I had put so much trust and hope into the fact maybe they knew what they were doing. But they don't. I lost my job due to leaving early/calling in because of how horribly sick I always was. I had pain to the point of even going to the store was a big challenge. My family have seen me miss out on my early 20s completely because of my illness and are always in disbelief of how my doctors treated me let alone never actually helped me-even my new doctors are shocked when I tell them. I now have great new doctors and a better obg that actually listens to me so now I can finally see the difference. I also feel the need to say: I am not a mother but I can genuinely say I fear this facility carrying for any mother and her child. They have no problem shutting you down about your own body even when you're basically begging them to listen.

The rooms and all of the hospital are brightly, decorated to attract children and cause them to want to be here.
