Late fall 2025, when we had water coming in around a loose plumbing vent flashing, Robbie came out, inspected, and tacked down the flashing to get us through the winter, no charge. We decided to replace our roof during the summer of 2026 after the leak, and after some damage caused by a falling tree branch, and Kerr Roofing's estimate was reasonable. Kerr Roofing did a good job, got the job done quickly, and they left it looking great, even the plumbing vents were painted to match the shingle color, and all new flashings were installed. I appreciated their cleanup, and successful efforts to protect our newly painted house, and newly refinished deck. Robbie sent photos of an area where underlying plywood needed to be replaced, which was completed for a reasonable extra cost. He described our roofing system and addressed concerns about damage from the tree branch. Communication was timely, thorough, and easy. The final test will come this winter with the predicted El Niño deluge.
