The branch closes at 4 pm on Saturday. I had roughly ten minutes left before it closed for the weekend. The branch looked like it was about to close. This branch has three ATMs. Two are in the branch. One is at the drive-thru. I didn't use any of them, as I didn't need to do any transactions. The ones in the branch were operational There was a person in the branch, sitting down, looking at her phone. I couldn't tell if she was a customer or a staff member. She did look bored. The branch hours are decent. It's open at 9:30 am most days, except for Saturdays when it's open at 9am. This branch is closed on Sundays. This branch closes most days at 5 pm. It stays open late on Thursdays until 8 pm and Fridays till 6 pm. As mentioned, it closes at 4 pm on Saturdays. This RBC is wheelchair-accessible. There is a button to open the door. The sidewalk allows you to roll up and down it to get to the branch, which is helpful. It's a decent branch. It was nice getting a brief look at it. (75)

This transit is brand new, shiny, modern, and empty. There's hardly any traffic which is great for me. I zoom in and out easily to get my paper work done. Now that wouldn't normally make me afan but what clinched the deal was a particular Financial Service Rep who really fought hard for my rate with their HQ. He tried on 3 separate attempts to get HQ to approve the rate to keep me as a client. After a few days of status updates from him via the phone, I walked back into this branch to sign the papers. I was a happy client. Not all CIBC transits are like this but try this place out for loans or mortgages. They really try hard to earn your business.

I parked across from this CIBC location, which was just about to close for the day at 5 pm. I immediately thought that the branch's hours of operation on a Saturday were decent. I visit RBC locations more often than CIBC ones. RBC branches tend to close at 4 pm on Saturdays. I went grocery shopping. When I returned to my car, I felt the need to check out this CIBC's drive-thru. The entrance to the drive-thru was right in front of me. I entered and did a right to get to the ATM. The credit card's limit was low (it was either $300 or $500 initially), but it was my first credit card and I felt like I was an adult! To make a payment on my credit card, I had to visit a TD branch to pay with the help of a teller. It was before telephone banking came into the picture. After class, I would walk over to the TD branch that used to be on the southeast corner of Keele Street and Steeles Avenue West. This branch's old location shuttered years ago. It seems to have been under construction for that length of time ever since. I don't have a clue what's going on. This TD Canada Trust branch opened diagonally across the intersection, on the northwest corner. It looks impressive when you approach it. This branch houses three service divisions in one: - TD Canada Trust - TD Commercial Banking - TD Wealth If you are doing regular banking, this branch does not have a drive-thru. There is plenty of parking around the building and a ramp for those who require a ramp to enter. There are two Green Machine ATMs in the branch, in the lobby area. It's spacious. I do not have any TD products anymore. The relationship between York University and TD was dissolved. I ended up cancelling my credit card, but it helped me establish credit and strengthen my credit history. I pass by this branch often when I am taking backroads home after work. I may have had one or two eye rolling s from the two younger tellers but the others have always been courteous! I like the greeting at the door and the small conversations while waiting for the next teller. Sometimes when it's busy here people from the office comes out and if you are only doing a deposit they will take care of it for you. Overall a great small business bank.
