I stopped in one morning in to use their instant teller machines (strictly because there was a long line up at the drive through instant teller). Got a parking spot right out front, as the bank wasn't open yet.
Went in, did my transaction to withdraw $100....bank machine gave me $40....didn't give me a receipt. As there were staff members mulling about inside the bank...I knocked on the glass security wall and over an employee came. She said that they weren't open yet. I explained to her what happened and she said that they weren't open yet and that I would have to come back. I told her that I was not leaving until the bank confirmed that only $40 was withdrawn from my account, and not the full $100. She then told me to look at my receipt....to which I responded that if I had gotten one, that would have been what I did in the first place. She then stated again that I would have to come back and I again said no....without some sort of assurance that only $40 came out of my account. She opened the glass wall wide enough for me to insert my card to pass to her.....then she passed it to one of the tellers for verification. She came back...opened the door wide enough to pass my card back to me and stated that only $40 was withdrawn from my account. I thanked her and left.
