Terrible service ! Rude employees. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL , only thing they're pretty much good for is starring you down and watching you . And talking to you like they're better than others. Both employees on Saturday mornings should be replaced. They do not smile , they do not talk and they aren't helpful at all. All they do is bark at customers ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! -5 Stars This place used to be way better when the owners were around, but now is not. The woman that work there is rude very aggressive to customers and not just that today this woman was following me and my family around the store. Screaming to. Don't come to the store. The workers are not only rude but the manager is a coward. I found an item in the bin, and they refused to sell it to me because they wanted to sell the item instead. Which is completely unfair. I found it fair and square in the bins. So I asked to talk to the manager. So I waited, and waited. The workers all of a sudden didn't speak English anymore and told me I should just leave. And that he's so busy doing his little what not show. So I waited and I waited till another one of the workers told me to me to message him on what not. So I did. And this what I wrote, in a polite way and he immediately blocked me as you can see in the photo. He never came out to talk to me! He hid behind that screen the entire time. Besides that the workers accused me of "getting the item elsewhere". When if they want to look back at the camera I found it amongst all the other items. Completely rude unprofessional bin store. They do not care about their customers, will sell all the junk to you, and "call it a deal" and sell all their good stuff online or in the store. And if you find anything actually good, they won't sell it to YOU!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Nor their Azusa called LUCKY DEALS. Go to another bin store please! Do not support this store! Honestly every time I go it gets worst. Went on $2 day and found good stuff . The cashier with the blonde hair goes off on me saying that she can't sell certain items together. According to her boss she has the right the refuse to sell to me if she deems it necessary. According her, her Boss said "people are getting good stuff for cheap already and some just want to take advantage by adding more stuff". Listen if there is a sink drain and the gasket if already on it how is that sold separately? I told her that it was fine and she wanted to continue to pick a fight. I told her, listen I'm not refusing the buy the stuff if sold separately, if I want it I will buy it. She didn't seem to like my response back to her so she proceeded to pick out more stuff from my basket and sold them separately. Listen if they are sealed packs and you open them just to sell them separately to me how is that good customer service, if you are not selling them together then why are they not being taken apart before the are put out for the customer to buy. Horrible attitudes and false advertisement. I think the owner should really take a better pick at his employees, especially for someone to apparently quote her boss and feel like she owns the store. The workers are so rude, it's as if they're bothered you are there. I've seen them use the intercoms to yell at people not to open boxes and put things certain places and not touch certain bins instead of coming up to them and politely talking to them individually. Constantly accusing people of things, the worst customer service I have ever seen. Store is also so dirty. read more

This place is a scam. I had an awful, disrespectful experience at Score More in La Mirada that I feel compelled to report and warn others about. I found an item in their bin store worth money, and after digging through their bins and carefully locating it, they REFUSED to let me purchase it, claiming they intended to resell it. How is that legal? The manager wouldn't even speak with me directly. When I tried to address the situation, suddenly they couldn't speak English anymore, only Spanish, and became hostile, attempting to kick me out of the store. Completely unprofessional and shady behavior. This place is not only a waste of time, but it's also a potential violation of consumer rights. If you're thinking of shopping here, BEWARE. They clearly don't care about their customers, and you could end up in a situation like mine where you're treated unfairly, disrespected, and lied to. Everything is in boxes with no labels. I tried opening some and lady came on speaker and said no opening boxes. How am I supposed to know what's inside? Taking each boxes item up front and asking is a big inconvenience. Me and my family left right away and will not return. read more
