If you want a company to consistently show up that they do but that's it! We used them for years…read moreand their cleaning service was terrible! I'd have to clean for an hour or two after they left often would send pictures to the owner of inches of dust on furniture, coffee stains on coffee table, one time found nail polish chips i had dropped on the rug still there are they "vacuumed" you name it list of terrible cleaning goes on and owner would be like 'oh my i'll talk to the crew' but nothing changed. Now we have a company that does an amazing job house is super clean, house smells great, great attitude, good price, reliable!! I'm so upset I stayed with The Great Indoors as long as I did what a waste of time and money. I stayed with them because we had a Friday slot but so not worth it. The attitude from the cleaners is the worst they would come to our house and whine about everyone and everything the whole time so unprofessional. If they have to bend over or put any level of effort forget it. Overall, they charge a lot and spend as little effort and time cleaning as possible. Look elsewhere!

The feed was to be in either Wednesday or Friday this week. I have called the store at least 6 times to try to verify the order, requesting a call back from the owner each time. Not ONCE have I received a call back, and today when I called I was told that my "card" was lost, and the feed not ordered, and would not be available for another 2-3 weeks. I asked again for the owner to call, and again was ignored. I don't understand this blatant lack of basic customer service.

Euthanizing my dog is hands down the hardest thing I've done in my 42 years of this earth. It's a blessing I've not had to bury anyone that has caused me this type of grief. I do not know these people personally and I was not paid for this review. I could not have gotten through that day without the help of David. He treated me like a friend. He of course is an animal lover, and it shows. His wife mailed me the sweetest and most thoughtful, comforting card. I've been in a unique situation the past couple of months and really needed their service. I do hope to have another furry friend one day. Though I hope I will not need their services, you better believe I will use them if I do.

A neighbor suggested we try Woof Gang, and I scheduled an appointment with Meaghan. Our dog JoJo had the best groom of her life! Her cut was precise and just perfect--much better than her previous grooms with our mobile groomer. I appreciate that Woof Gang grooms by appointment, so my dog wasn't there all day. And I love that they offer hypoallergenic (unscented) shampoo, although it's $5 extra. Our 25-lb labradoodle was $95 + tip for this service. I've already made an appointment for JoJo's next grooming. From the timely manner in returned phone calls, answering my questions, compassion, pick up service, friendly front desk staff and turn around time for pick up - this business is top notch! I worked directly with Katie and somehow they made it extremely pleasant, even during a time of grief. I wanted a place that would do clay prints and ink prints. I was told sometimes the ink prints could potentially not be great (I was aware of this already and knew it wasn't due to McLean just the nature of the process) I went ahead with them anyway and I was extremely satisfied. The pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend McLean Pet Cremation services and will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you McLean!
