We have four dogs. That's a whole lotta poo and it's super hard to keep up with in between working and such. Then we'd always have to clean up poop before working outside in our garden or plying with the dogs. Poop 911 comes biweekly for our four dogs. Our yard is improving due to the consistent pick up and no smell! We also don't step in dog poop anymore!! I have called for over a week. The first service was great, however I no longer have a dog at that address and I cannot get anyone on the phone. I have emailed, called, and even called the sales department and cannot get a call back. I do not want them to service an address that I am no longer at. I have had other services and problems with being skipped. The only time I was skipped by Poop 911 was because my gate was locked but Mark made sure someone was there the next morning to service my yard. On July 4th, no less! (This just happened a few days ago and it prompted me to write this much deserved review which I should have done sooner but have not taken the time) They also have a spray like the ones you can purchase to remove the smell of urine which is a great idea especially if you live in a neighborhood where houses are in close proximity. I really depend on them and have not been disappointed. Oh, also recently when I moved and forgot to tell them, Mark rearranged the schedule and sent someone out the next day even though I was not due for service. read more

We had a tech that came out this morning and instead of looking at our account to see that we had a gate code to use, rang our doorbell and woke our sick infant that had been up all night. When I told him it was on our account he looked and it was. He then rang the doorbell again and said he didn't know how to open the gate. It's a simple key pad that everyone that comes to our house uses (lawn, pest ect). At that point our baby was screaming his head off so I asked the tech to leave. I'll also mention that our first service was actually scheduled for 4/19 but no one came. I let it go at the time because I'd just signed up a few days before and thought they might have had an issue getting someone out 2 days later. read more

We recently caved and decided to hire a company to clean our yard. We have five pups and it's hard to always make time to clean it up with our schedules. I made an online app for 3/22 and no one showed. I called and was told it was a computer error and my app would be the next Wednesday but he (Mark) stated he could have someone come Thursday or Friday. Of course no one showed or called me I called Friday to let them know. On Tuesday I called and Mark said he would call me back because I wanted my Wednesday app confirmed, no call back. I called Wednesday am exactly 8:41am and Mark told me I am #4. Wednesday I never saw noone I have cameras and poop is still in my yard. I call today Thursda and was told someone was there at 8:45am? really while I was talking and if so why is there still poop in my yard. They didn't in no way try to make this matter right. I legit had two days where no one showed up at all. the second time no one showed nothing was done, today they charged my account! I sent them an email to cancel service friday after no one came. this is highly frustrating. read more

Pros: Great start time and always on time. Cons: Missed too many dropping. Charges start up first cleanup which was a little high. Pay extra for dropping removal. read more

Very poor service...lady who came to remove pet waste from yard did not do her job. She would show up and leave within 5 minutes. We made multiple complaints to the owner and requested a new employee to come out. The owner, Mark, never provided a refund for not completing the job nor called us back as promised....in fact, he hung the phone up on my mother with her latest attempt to reach out to him. The same lady continued to come out and not do the job. Bottom line...this company has poor quality service and zero customer service.... read more
