So I finally got a call from them after hours. The lady says she was refunding the over charge and then hung up, or lost connection (who knows). The reason the after hours part is important is because I tried calling back and couldn't get through since it was after hours. She also didn't call me back, which leads to me to believe she hung up. I noticed today that instead of refunding the transaction, they actually CHARGED ME AGAIN $39.99, and then refunded that transaction. Nice. I've been using Scoop Soldiers for years and with 3 dogs it's the best investment I make each month! It's awesome to be able to use my yard without worry and since they pick up twice a week, my grass also does so much better than my friends' yards who let the poop sit for a long time. I get the deodorizer twice a month too and I really think it makes a difference, because whether it's my friends or my daughter and her friends, we're always able to sit out back and enjoy ourselves. They do a great job and their staff is really friendly and loves animals. Where do I start? We LOVE this company. I cannot recommend them enough. Not only do they do a great job, but they are so responsive and make sure that I am getting the best service. They send a picture each time of the gate being closed so it gives us that extra reassurance. We use the scooping services and the deodorizer. We have actually had people ask how our lawn smells so good with three dogs. When we first got our puppy, he had giardia and a few other worms. The vet said that we needed to treat our yard and sanitize it. Luckily, Scoop Soldiers has a sanitizer options that helps kill giardia and other harmful things. The on-site service is good, however, be repaired to pay regardless if you get serviced or not that day. Canceling a single service or rescheduling due to a snow-covered yard, nothing will avoid you from getting billed. In 6 months their policies changed three times, all in favor of the company and focused on billing the customer regardless if they can/do come out and service you or not. read more

I used Scoop Soldiers for over a year. In the beginning, they were great! I had Diane that serviced my yard for the longest time. She was SUPER friendly, great with my dogs and was ALWAYS here first thing in the morning. I even recommended them to my girlfriend who also started using them. Then, about 4 or 5 months ago things went SOUTH! They raised their rates and I started getting different people that were coming and my service was getting delayed. The generic emails that were being sent out had a video clip of the CEO, President or whatever title he is talking about all the issues they were having with the delays and that they are working on correcting. I appreciated this video in the beginning, but as I mentioned above, we're going on like 4 or 5 months and all they keep doing is referencing that video which at this point has become COMPLETELY ANNOYING.
