I haven't been to any of their classes but I've watched some of them and they looked intense and impactful. If you are looking for a gym to waste an hour or two of your day, then this place is not for you; the members of this club are serious about their fitness and they really know what they're doing, which IMO motivates everyone in the gym. Highly recommended for everyone in Hamburg

I've been to Wandsbek, Eppendorf and my main gym City. They all have the same look and feel but…read moredifferent building set-ups. I like the City location because it's small and you don't have to keep changing floors. At the same time, Eppendorf and Wandsbek have better and more selection of machines and feel less cramped. Eppendorf has the added benefit of having a climbing wall so if that's your thing, go here. I found that Eppendorf had the slowest staff. I've been going to the City location for some time now and their reception staff is actually the fastest I've experienced, meaning easier in and out at the reception. I complain about them being slow but Wandsbek were worse and Eppendorf the slowest and least helpful. Otherwise, this location as the others was clean and airy. Just as expensive as the other ones, with all the benefits and drawbacks this entails.

The…read morelocation again is not my favorite, as my transportation life lines revolve heavily around the U1 & U3 lines, but when I did workout here with a friend as her guest, I was pleasantly surprised how impressive the facilities are. They have massive cardio machines spread throughout, squash courts, fitness classes ranging from yoga to zumba or even boxing and of course power sessions that focus on the problematic areas we all wish were perfect! Ahem, behind, tummy, and those spaghetti arms... After your workout session, the locker rooms are spacious, and one can relax in the sauna with a nice hot oil skin treatment and melt all your woes away....When warm weather returns to Hamburg, they host a lot of events here at night such as cocktail parties. Students can receive a really affordable membership as well, so consider this gym or sports center if you want to workout a healthy body and healthy mind at the same time.
