Again at 840, no answer. Left a message, no response. They actually never called me back. It was very upsetting to have to drive another 15 minutes to get my puppy the care he needed. Thankfully Gardens Animal Hospital was amazing and got us the help we needed in a timely manner. I would never go to Ibis Animal Hospital again.

Not long ago, Dr. Felz save my girl's life. Elle had developed pyometra and by the time the symptoms manifested, she was seriously ill, requiring immediate surgery. Dr. Felz discovered the previous vet had failed to remove all the uterus when Elle was spayed at 2 years of age. Surgery was touch and go as Elle's abdominal cavity was quite infected but with the skilled hands of Dr. Felz, Elle survived and fully healed. Recently, Dr. Felz performed another difficult surgery involving a tumor on Elle's upper eyelid. She was able to completely remove the tumor and its sack with no scarring or vision impairment. Dr. Felz is truly amazing. Elle is a senior gal being monitored for several issues. With the competent and devoted care she receives from Dr. Felz and her staff, Elle will be with me for several more years!

Every time she would rush and clip and make them bleed and yelp aloud! They're so traumatized we had to stop trimming their nails. We couldn't wait anymore so I asked a friend and she referred us to Puppy Love! We had a phone consult that made me feel so at ease I couldn't wait to meet these ladies. They indicated that one will hold and comfort while the other clips. It worked well this is just our first visit. Upon arrival, Julia sat down with the dogs & was very friendly and caring. My two dogs gave Julia kisses. Julia spent an hour with each dog & sent pix during the grooming session. I messaged the salon on yelp and Betty responded within minutes. She gave me a price quote and that was the exact amount she charged. No hidden fees, no long hair fees, no anything. Amazing prices by the way! Especially for the great work she does! When we got to the salon we saw all of the pictures on the wall of all of the stars Betty had the pleasure of working with while she was grooming in Beverly Hills, CA. Beyond impressed. She has her two lovely doggies in the front of the shop which I love! If the shop is good enough for her babies then it is definitely good enough for mine. She took her time to get my Yorkie comfortable with her before she brought him in the back. No constant barking dogs, no dirty dog odor when you walk in. The salon is very clean! I told her to cut his hair short and she actually did! My dog has never had such a great haircut! Not one uneven spot, he smelled amazing as well. He is fussy about his feet so in order for her not to stress him out too much she only cut the nails that really needed to be cut. She truly took care of my baby as if he were her own. When he was ready to be picked up I received a text message and a phone call which was awesome because I hardly ever answer my phone. I am so mad I didn't take pictures when I picked him up but I definitely will the next time. Also, every groomer I have ever gone to I had to bring my dog some water because he was always crazy thirsty from being at the groomer for hours and hours. This did not take long at all and he did not even need any water! I know it sounds like such a small thing buttttt if you are a mother of fur babies you know what I mean! They were very thorough before doing anything with Walter, they requested all of the records from our local vet in Miami, they reviewed every last detail and made sure that Walter was up to date on all vaccinations while doing a general exam. The treatment recommended resolved my dog's issue entirely and they are always there when I need them, excellent care and love for all pets. Even though Walter is not an ongoing patient as we live south, whenever we are in town, I have been able to count on them every single time. The prices are super reasonable, and what I am accustomed to pay for the care of my beloved dog. It would be nice to have real pet insurance like people do, but these guys do a lot of work, they have very expensive machinery and they work very hard to give the best of themselves.
