Ich habe eine Kühlschranktür auswechseln lassen und das ganze hat Wochen gedauert. Er ist der Handwerker gar nicht gekommen, weil etwas mit dem Termin schief gelaufen ist bei Ruder Küchen. Dann hatte der Handwerker Herr Heinisch die Scharniere vergessen, so dass es einen dritten Termin geben musste. Beim dritten Termin hat mich Herr Heinisch beim Preis über den Tisch gezogen und hat doppelt abgerechnet. Außerdem sollte eine neue Herdplatte eingebaut werden, auch dass hat nicht geklappt, ich bin sowas von enttäuscht von Ruder Kuchen. Ruder Kuchen nie wieder!
