They have several furnished sitting areas to hang out and chat, playgrounds, a little treehouse with a zip line and climbing wall... very family friendly. My wife and I dropped off our youngest child at college on Saturday and began our "empty nest" era by booking a couple nights in Supfur at the Artesian. We had never visited here before but it became quickly apparent that this is the place to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious and nice. The hotel had an air of luxury that made us feel special. The spa exceeded all expectations with our couple massage as well. We loved our stay and can't wait to come again!

My husband called the day of the reservation and told them about my situation and he was told "I'm sorry because of our 24 hour cancelation policy, there's nothing we can do". He has tried calling and leaving messages for the management, but nobody will call him back. We are out 600.00 because of an emergency situation that we could not control. I even have a Dr's note from the hospital because he said surely they will do something to help you out. He called the day of so you would think maybe they would refund at least one night to help out or reschedule us for another time.

The space they put us , next to it ,had a very old ,gutted 4 parts, RV that must've been there for years . Internet is nonfunctional usable for Internet service or fire. Stick to watch movies. I complained to the owner, he agreed this wasn't an abnormality and made no attempt at thinking it needed to be fixed. What could be improved they need to trim the trees so your RV doesn't drag the branches. And maybe price it accordingly . $50 a night parked next to something that probably hasn't paid anything in years doesn't seem quite right.
