I truly wanted to love this place as I have seen many people do, but I left feeling a little…read moredisappointed in the experience. The owners seem like wonderful and kindhearted people. They clearly value faith, connection, and relationships-- which I absolutely love! They even have an entire lobby and breakfast area with Christian books, movies, and snacks. There were a few things that made our trip a little less comfortable. First, we tried to contact the owners multiple times and never received a response back. They have signs posted saying that guests should feel welcome to reach out via text anytime, but every time we did... we heard nothing. The thing that I am having difficulty getting past was a stain on the comforter of the bed... there was a clear blood stain on the quilt, which made us feel uneasy. We texted the owner asking where we could find extra blankets, since we didn't want to use the comforter, and didn't receive a response back... This made me question the cleanliness of where we were staying. To be fair though, everything else seemed clean! I write this to be constructive and truthful. I'm not sure that we would stay here again, but I can tell many people value and cherish La Ville inn, including the sweet couple we met in the lobby during our stay.

(The only suggestion I have is to bring a noise machine, box fan, etc as it is located on a very busy main road with a lot of semis, and a train track nearby. We used an app in our phone which was perfect), There is a small kitchen area with coffee, snack items, bagels, fruit, etc which is complimentary. The king sized bed was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom is huge, with a massive shower and jetted tub, double sinks and a closed off area for the toilet. There is a living area, a big closet, and ample room for everything! There is a roomy fenced in deck which was lovely, just no light out there after dark which made it a bit difficult. This is definitely for couples, I wouldn't bring my kiddo for sure. we have lived here for about 7 months. they have a laundry/shower building with two washers and 2…read moredryers. one washer has been broken for about 3 months . the running lights went out in there once for a few weeks and it took another tenant to buy and replace the bulbs. they have WiFi but it only works for about half of the RV park. so far this month (MAY) other tenants have mowed the place.3 times.. the "landlords don't mow much. and the landLADY is rude who treats and looks at you like trash ...in my opinion. They don't put any money back into the place.

My husband called the day of the reservation and told them about my situation and he was told "I'm sorry because of our 24 hour cancelation policy, there's nothing we can do". He has tried calling and leaving messages for the management, but nobody will call him back. We are out 600.00 because of an emergency situation that we could not control. I even have a Dr's note from the hospital because he said surely they will do something to help you out. He called the day of so you would think maybe they would refund at least one night to help out or reschedule us for another time.

The park is also well maintained, and well lit which i appreciate as a single woman! Dana, though no longer there, was incredibly helpful with tips and tricks for camper living and was always around if i had any questions or concerns! The bathrooms and laundry room were always clean.
