After six years, four water treatment specialists, and close to $15,000 spent trying to fix my well water, I finally found someone who delivered: Elias at AL Prime Water.
I live in a rural part of Central Florida near a marsh, and my well water has been a nightmare. Heavy mineral buildup, calcium deposits, orange rust stains everywhere, and that awful sulfur smell--you know, rotten eggs. Every previous company promised to fix it. Everyone got paid. I was still left dealing with the same problems.
Then I visited a neighbor across the street and had a glass of water. My first reaction was, "Wow, you have really good water!" Turns out she'd had the same issues until AL Prime Water installed her system a couple of years ago. That conversation changed everything for me.

Elias checked every box the other companies failed to check. The sulfur smell is gone. I'm no longer dealing with the rust stains and mineral deposits that drove me crazy. The water looks crystal clear and tastes fantastic. Honestly, it practically shimmers like something out of lord of the rings. After everything I've been through, magical water doesn't feel like much of an exaggeration!
I also had a very specific request: I didn't want overly soft water. One of my previous systems left my skin feeling so slippery it was like I had oil all over me. I wanted water that let my soap lather properly while still leaving me feeling clean, without that excessive silky feeling. Elias got the balance exactly right.
When I told him how happy I was, he described it as essentially giving me city water out in the country. That's exactly how it feels and I can absolutely live with that!
As for Elias himself, he knows his business and takes tremendous pride in his work. He took the time to answer all my questions and even let me record his explanations so I could refer back to them. He was prompt, returned my calls, and followed through.
And here's the part that still amazes me: he installed the most comprehensive system I've had, at the lowest price I've paid. After years of expensive disappointment, that deserves a mention all by itself.
I've been writing reviews for well over a decade. If something is bad, I say so. When someone does an exceptional job, I'm happy to shout it from the hilltop. Consider this my shout from the tallest hill I can find in Florida!
Elias came across as honest, sincere, and someone who truly cares about doing the job right. He earned my trust and finally gave me water I'm thrilled with.
