Below is an email I have yet to receive a response to describing my experience at the office. Noemi, I'm sharing my experience with you because I'd want to know if I was the manager or owner of the doctor's office. After my visit, I was asked by the front desk when I was supposed to see the doctor again and they didn't know what prescription the doctor had called into my pharmacy. This feels backwards because typically the doctor communicates with his team when the patient should have a follow-up visit and the patient or his team receive a note with the prescriptions to be filled. I then had to wait until the front office communicated with the doctor to determine when my follow-up visit should be and I was told the prescriptions were put into the pharmacy. I picked up the prescription from the pharmacy; however, it didn't include the most important prescription which was for a skin pigmentation issue on my back that I not only discussed with the doctor's assistant before the doctor came in, but also with the doctor when he diagnosed it during my visit with him. Essentially, I have lighter skin pigmentation spots in the middle of my back that the doctor said was a common fungus typically caused from tropical climates. The doctor said you can treat it via a shampoo or cream and he said he'd prescribe me the cream so it'd be easier for me to apply on my back. I left a message and the doctor called me back today saying he doesn't remember any issues with my back and that it wasn't in his notes which I find to be concerning and unprofessional. I'm meant to have a follow-up visit in May to do a body scan check up for any other potential issues; however, I'm unsure why that wasn't taken care of during my first visit and I don't feel confident in the professionalism of the doctor's office, so I don't know if I'll be returning. Can someone please submit the prescription I was meant to get to heal my back and let me know when that has been taken care of so I can pick it up from my pharmacy? Thank you Ashley

I don't know whether to blame the doctor or the unpleasant staff who schedule the appointments. They informed me that the doctor takes his time with each patient, which may be fine, but then don't make appointments every 20 minutes, make them every 45 minutes. Or better yet call the patients and let them know the doctor is running an hour and a half behind schedule. My time is also important. Garry F.

As a professional hairstylist, I value personal referrals, and both clients and friends consistently recommended Dr. Mark. For the past three years, I have been under Dr. Mark's care. His expertise in skin cancer detection and cosmetic dermatology, combined with his caring, trustworthy, and professional approach, has given me complete confidence. Routine follow-up visits and any necessary procedures are handled thoroughly and with genuine concern. Glenn, his nurse practitioner, shares the same exceptional work ethic and is equally knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. The front desk staff are always pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating when scheduling appointments. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dermatologic care on the East End.

When you call, they sound indifferent and bored you need to pry information out of staff. If you ask for refills or test results they act like you are a big intrusion. For example, they have no patient portal that you can log on and find test results. If you ask you you will see at your next appt you will be told Joanne but may see someone else. That's fine they are all good but consistency of care is good too. If you call a few times in a row to clarify something you may get a snarky remark like "yet again." It's as if you're bothering them by trying to take care of yourself. I would say the professionals act professional, the others are who they are. You overhear comments like they can't wait for summer people to leave and so on. Wait time is short and generally service smooth. There is a doctor associated with this practice but never seen him/ her. Never been given the chance to make appt. with them. Usually takes a few calls to get a message through hardly get a call back on results unless it's a ca. Screen. In person though is fine. This is a short term solution as I look for a full time physician where I really feel comfortable and welcomed.

I've been doing Shamanic Energy Healing sessions with Arriale and this has been a new experience…read morefor me. I come from a very results-driven background--fitness, strength training, and nutrition--so I've always focused almost entirely on the physical side of health. The spiritual side is something I'm newer to, and I'm realizing it's probably been the missing piece of my puzzle. Arriale has been incredibly supportive, consistent and very intuitive throughout the process. She takes the time to listen, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. The results aren't always immediate or obvious especially for a results driven Type A, but I have noticed increased awareness, mental clarity, and a better understanding of certain patterns that may have been impacting my overall well-being for decades. I also appreciate that we're tracking biomarkers and connecting this work back to real health outcomes, which gives it more substance and satisfies my goal seeking persona. This isn't a quick fix--it's a different layer of the process. And for me, it's been a reminder that health isn't just physical.

She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.
