Listen I haven't been to a derm in forever (I felt like my old one was cut happy) and for that reason I haven't been to the dermatologist in 18 years. I'm kind of scarred (PUN INTENDED) So I'm on my journey to find a new one that I can see regularly. This establishment is right down the road from me so I made an appointment for a mole in concern, schedule it for next day, which is pretty awesome in my opinion, didn't need to wait weeks out. Got scheduled to meet with Anu Parameswaran, did a full body check, and turns out the one I was concerned about was nothing but there was another one to be conscious about. She sprayed it, and asked for a recheck in four weeks, to see how it would react, and if we need a biopsy it. She was super professional, and absolutely knowledgeable in her skill, and educated me throughout the whole process. I was delighted to to make appointment through Zocdoc to this business near my house in the same week I requested. I just left there and had the worst experience. The front desk gentleman barely looked up his from his phone and was very rude and the doctor was so quick and dismissive. She hardly listened, gave me samples for another cream (after showing her the countless stronger creams I had already been proscribed) and told me to come back in 3 months. I left crying because I was so exasperated. The nurse prior to that was helpful in taking my information but the doctor clearly wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. My appointment was maybe less than 5 minutes for an issue I've been dealing with for 5 years. There were 3 people ahead of me that had appointments that lasted less than 10 minutes altogether. read more

Formerly Clearly Derm was amazing, now Schweiger is just so poorly run. Can;t get through to a live person, I was greated by a sloven young man who could care less. Had to walk out on appointment after waiting 30 minutes to see scheduled doctor, who hadn't yet arrived. Made an appointment again, couldn't speak to a person so I give up. Really shameful they do have great doctors but........office control and personality is non existent. read more

The staff here is very unprofessional. The front desk receptionist Kayla is rude and had no sympathy to try on working with me to see this doctor people has referred me to see. What's worse is that these doctors are suppose to help us feel better and Dr. Anu Parameswaran denied to see me. I definitely wouldn't recommend this specific office at all , and definitely not this doctor. Please be very careful. There are many Dermatologists to go to in Florida. This should be the one to avoid. More so for their business practices than their professionalism as Doctors. I had an appointment and the day off I had to cancel because I was positive with Covid. They said I would have to $50.00 because I cancelled less than 24 hours. I told them again, I have Covid, and only knew that morning! They lectured me that if it happens again, they will charge me. Two weeks later I made an appointment for Botox. It went well, but they have a free follow up within two weeks for "touch ups". Within my two weeks I made an appointment for the follow up. During this time I had surgery that caused me to have a set back, and could not get out of bed. So, I asked if I could move the appointment up two days. They said no and wanted to charge me $50.00. They said that's the policy. I said but the follow up is free. I'm stuck in bed and I'm asking for to make it two days later, I'm sick. They said that the free follow up will not be free and there would be an additional $50.00 charge. keep in mind, I've been a patient for ten years. Any office that Nickle and dimes patients, run! There are dermatologists on every corner in Florida. Look elsewhere. The front office personal are disrespectful, nasty and condescending. read more

The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. I called early in the week and they were able to get me an appointment two days later. I filled out the paperwork online which made everything super easy. When I got there the office was clean and welcoming. I waited less than 5 minutes to see the doctor who was also so friendly. My husband had surgery today. The staff was wonderful. The doctor and nurses were wonderful. The center was bright and clean.

I went in for my skin cancer screening and got a half-ass rush job from the doctor (Eric Moum) Very surprising did not ask me to disrobe like past exams & didn't even take a fine look at my scalp even though on past visits they had to zap two spots with dry ice because of basal cell I felt rushed it was near closing time and I will never return clearlyderm After speaking to office supervisors they wanted to debate that the doctor did the right thing but yet they were not there and had no clue what he failed to do that was done on past visits correctly my only thoughts were it was near closing time read more

The person at the desk was very friendly and efficient at checking me in for the appointment. I was called in a little early for my appointment and Dr. Chediak and her assistant were very professional and respectful. I went for an annual check. I was (unfortunately) seen by Dr. Richman. I have very dry, itchy skin. Instead of treating me, she suggested Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My best friend has a PhD in psychology. She agrees "Dr" Richman should treat dermatology issues and leave psychology to the professionals. I will never go back. read more

I have been going to Clearlyderm for over a year and the delray location since they opened. This is by far my favorite dermatology office! I see the wonderful Dr. Chediak who has a great disposition and caring bedside manner, along with her medical assistants! Every visit I am greeted by the amazing staff with friendly smiles! I would recommend anyone seeking a dermatology office to visit Clearlyderm. I also treated myself with a deep cleansing facial by their aesthetician Daphen Brown who left my skin feeling nourished and glowing! I highly recommend seeing her as well! Fantastic office staff. I hate leaving a bad review however I think it's important. I went to see Dr. Moum originally for cyst removal. However as a hairstylist I knew there was an issue with my scalp. I had never encountered a scalp issue like mine. The Dr. dismissed and told me I had a lot of hair. He barely looked in my scalp. I told him I had lived in house with black mold, I also had did some yard work in which 2iguanas made their home. I felt like I had caught something. Dr. Proceeds to tell me I needed a psychiatrist(already have one) and which my psychiatrist agreed that it was unprofessional to tell me my antidepressant isn't working. Especially I've spent a total of 40 mins with him in 3 visits and he spent more time telling me that I need psychiatric help. No I need a dermo that actually gets his fingers in my scalp and does what his job entails and not make judgements on a woman who has a burning scalp with fever. Yes Dr. M a woman losing her hair is stressful. Everyone makes mistakes he needs to own it and instead of telling patients to see psychiatrist maybe it's time for him to retire. I work with clients for over 30years. I would never not validate a client who feels there is an issue until I was 100% sure there was not. The lab came back I do have scalp infection. And instead of addressing and examining the scalp I was literally yelled at that my antidepressants are not working!!! They are working and that is why I walked out instead of reacting to a man who obviously needs some medication and retirement. It's a shame the cyst he removed is still there and he never even took a look at and honestly didn't bring it up to him again, maybe that job was to complicated and that is why he told me there were 150 other dermatologists in the area. Daphne is absolutely outstanding!!!! I had a microneedling treatment today for the first time. She put me at ease, made me comfortable and even had me laughing at times. I arrived nervous and left completely at ease and excited to see the results. The receptionists are very nice and make things easy when it comes to appointments, check in and check out.
