I had to go back in a week later because when I received the ring I felt it was the right size but realized it was too loose. Katie helped me when I came back and I ended going down a half size. No questions asked, no trouble. Dropped it off Monday and got it back Friday. The only irritating thing was I called Friday to ensure it would be ready by the time I left work (because I live almost an hour away and was off that Saturday so would not be back in short pump for a few days), and the employee put me on hold and came back and said they did not know, that I'd receive an email when it was ready. I received the email ten minutes later, come on, really? I would have given 5 stars except for that. Next time I'll ask for Kathleen or Katie and not the person I spoke to on the phone. We've ordered my band because it has to be made but we've got time. My grandparents always used Schwarzschild and it seems we will also! We looked at lots of rings at lots of places. They made it two sizes to big..talk about a bummer. So we thought well, mistakes happen and tried to be nice about it. I brought in the engagement ring, and a ring from my grandma that I wanted resized. -Then, I had to bring my engagement ring back to them because they accidentally used a different cut diamond on the side of my ring. -I'm really sad to report that my grandmas ring broke right where they cut it and I only wore it a handful of times. One of my colleagues said I needed to come to Dransfield. I brought in my pearls that had been restrung by another jeweler (and obviously not well) on a Thursday and was told I would get a call when it would be ready for pick up, presumably sometime the following week. They were ready the next day. They even replaced the broken clasp! The workmanship looks quite good and all seems to be holding up well. I like supporting small local businesses like this and hope you will be inspired to do the same!

To make a long story short, I took a nice Seiko Chronograph watch to have a battery replaced and they broke the watch. They had it 3 1/2 months, and promised to fix it, but they didn't. To make it even worse, they are not taking any responsibility for what happened. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Here's the long story: I took it there late October 2023 to have the battery replaced. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes. I walked the mall for 15 minutes and went back. They told me one of the hands "popped off", and it would take another 20-30 minutes. I walked the mall for another 30 minutes, and when I went back, they told me they had to send the watch to corporate. A month or more went by and I heard nothing so I called to follow up. The person I spoke with said they would check and get back to me. When they did, they told me it would cost $180+ to have it repaired. I explained there was nothing wrong with the watch when I brought it there except a dead battery, and whatever was broken was because they broke it. She told me she would check on the details and get back to me again. When she got back to me, she told me they would fix the watch and consider it "store damage". Another month or more goes by and I call again to follow up. I was told the watch was back but it was "not repairable". When I picked the watch up two of the small chronograph hands are popped off and one of the stems for adjusting the watch is pulled out and won't go back in. When I picked the watch up the person at the kiosk didn't even say they were sorry. It was the same person who was there when I dropped the watch off. When I asked if he remembered me, he said he wasn't there when I dropped it off. Why would he lie about that? When I complained, all he did was give me a card with a phone number for their customer service. I called customer service and spoke with Tina. She had no information and I had to explain the entire history of what happened. She said she would get back to me. I then got a call from Vanessa, the regional manager. She also had no information and I had to explain the entire history again. Again, she said she would get back to me, and she never did.

    Terrible place to work. No training at a repair shop. The asst mgr had worked there for a couple of…read moremonths and admitted to having broken two customers' watches that had been sent to corporate for repair at the company's expense. The creepy spvr would not give us a lunch break nor even chairs to sit in. We were forced to stand for eight hours. The pay was only $14/ hr. I left after 2 weeks.

The atmosphere was incredible -- great food, excellent drinks, and a surprisingly immersive experience with TAG Heuer watchmakers on-site demonstrating movements and explaining the craftsmanship behind each piece. It was a genuinely impressive event for anyone who appreciates engineering and design. I also want to highlight Patrick, who has been fantastic from the moment we first met. He is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers learn the watch world. Thanks to him, I had an outstanding experience purchasing my TAG Heuer Aquaracer GMT during the event. He made the entire process effortless, informative, and enjoyable. I've already told several fellow car collectors that "we officially have a watch guy now," and I've referred multiple people to Patrick because the level of service he provides is rare. If you're looking for top-tier watches and truly exceptional customer service, do yourself a favor and go see Patrick at Fink's. He's the best in the business.

    When you walk into a retail business selling high-end products, there should be at least a basic…read morelevel of customer engagement. After standing patiently by the watch display, multiple employees passed by without even acknowledging us. Even after requesting assistance, no sales associate ever responded, and we ultimately left without making a purchase. The two stars reflect the interior quality of the store, which was well done--but that alone does not matter if customers cannot get the assistance needed to actually buy something.
