Every employee I spoke with was located at a "call center" and not even at the actual place of business. The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

Ryan agreed to the labor and asked me what time would I want the crew to arrive. I gave him a specific time of 12:30. Of course no show. No updates, no calls or explanations. They got my deposit and now no contact or communication.
