Absolutely crazy to see happen at 3:55PM on a Saturday. The worker just kept screaming "I'll just re-enlist f*gg*t! You won't do sh*t!" All over some laundry! Very sad to see the quality of employees here. I got the information of the Customer who was verbally abused and many of the customers at the bike shop next door saw the entire thing.

The staff members include a very nice woman and a young boy who both helped me. They also have lots of tvs, WiFi and free popcorn! And they were SO incredibly nice. Heidi the owner is one sweet woman who definitely cares for her customers. She personally called me to wish my husband a speedy recovery and issued me a partial refund for my confusion. Which they didn't have to do! More convenient than loading quarters into the machines the traditional way, (b/t/w the machines only accept the laundry pay cards, quarters not accepted). Overall, highly recommend when looking for a 24/7 operation.
