He practices activator chiropractic care which means that he doesn't do that whole twist and crack method. That's always been a little scary to me - waiting for someone to twist your neck around-ick! This is a little rubber tipped tool that applies pressure to the points that are out of whack. After about four adjustments with the activator, I actually heard and felt my L-5 slide back into place! Dr. David has been fantastic! He listens to all my complaints, is receptive to my ideas, and is so reasonable - $35 a session without insurance! When I went in, I was in so much pain I wouldn't sit down. After one session, I was able to move around and actually able to get in the shower again! I plan to go to him regularly now just to keep everything in order!
