The two lovely ladies at the front desk were calm, collected, welcoming, and professional. The wait was not too bad. They were able to get everyone in and out within an hour and a half. There was roughly 7 or 8 people who had come in and gone since my visit. I required an EKG and chest X-ray. The young lady who first visited me was professional and reassured me along the whole process. Despite having to undress, she made me feel comfortable, which to me is a big deal! The doctor was wonderful! I wish I had caught her name. She was very detailed in her check up. She was attentive and gentle, she asked many questions, even about preexisting injury's or health concerns to ensure all the information was accurate. If you have an injury, I highly recommend coming here ! 10/10

I had so much pain when I walked into this urgent care and thought I'd have to wait a long time, but they were so quick and helpful in getting me checked in and through their doors. When I left, I felt 100% better. The nurses, doctors, and staff here are so knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful, they gave me the confidence that I'll be OK. Which is more than I can say for the other urgent care centers in the area. The clinic is also very clean, hygienic, well equipped and very inviting. I was sent to Melbourne Podiatry Associates and was scheduled right away. The scheduling process was super easy, barely an inconvenience. I really appreciated their patient patience. (No pun intended...ok some pun intended.) I first arrived and noticed how clean the parking lot was. Then when I came in the place was immaculate. I don't know much about renovations but I can appreciate a good combination of interior and natural light. The lobby was cool and comfortable and had different seating options as well as a play area for the kiddos with a well placed glass partition for visibility. I was greeted at the front desk by Julie who was courteous, welcoming and kind. That goes a long way when the nature of your visit isn't great to begin with.
