Well my feet have taken a beating and though that's a downside, an upside turned out to be getting a referral from my primary care provider. I was sent to Melbourne Podiatry Associates and was scheduled right away. The scheduling process was super easy, barely an inconvenience. I really appreciated their patient patience. (No pun intended...ok some pun intended.) I first arrived and noticed how clean the parking lot was. Then when I came in the place was immaculate. I don't know much about renovations but I can appreciate a good combination of interior and natural light. The lobby was cool and comfortable and had different seating options as well as a play area for the kiddos with a well placed glass partition for visibility. I was greeted at the front desk by Julie who was courteous, welcoming and kind. That goes a long way when the nature of your visit isn't great to begin with. I recieved a series of X-rays and then saw Dr. Moyles. What a great Doctor! I had a lot of questions and he did a great job of not only explaining things but also answering my inquiries

Worst place ever. The call center is extremely frustrating. Then their scheduling system makes things even worse. The system will tell them there is an earlier appointment available, but when they try to assign it, suddenly they can't, and I'm told the earliest appointment is the original one I already had. What is the point of telling me an appointment is available if you can't actually schedule it? Then there's the doctor, who seemed clueless, rushed me through the appointment, and made me feel like my concerns weren't being listened to. I left feeling frustrated rather than feeling like I had actually been helped. The ONLY thing that saves this place from getting zero stars is Ashley, the APRN. She is kind, courteous, actually listens, and clearly knows what she's doing. She is the one person who makes dealing with this place worthwhile. Without Ashley, this would absolutely be a zero-star experience.
