There was no seating inside the cafe, but they had a few vacant tables and chairs outside. The nice thing about this is it put us on the main walkway in a mall; it felt kind of like being outside, but kind of inside, though we were definitely inside, which was good since it was raining. Two different groups who arrived after us were served first while we stood there waiting to be acknowledged; I eventually had to speak up just to be recognized. Even after stirring, it was essentially just warm milk with zero chocolate flavor. Save yourself the frustration and head to the Co-op instead--the pastries and hot chocolate there are much better and actually worth the wait.
