I wanted to share my experience at this motorcycle shop today. First off, I would not recommend going to this shop or doing any business with them in any way, shape or form. They care nothing about the customer, customer service or taking care of their customers.
I recently moved to the area, own 3 motorcycles and 2 ATVs and I was looking for a local shop for service. I called the shop earlier this week and was told by the female service manager that they do mount and balance tires while you wait on Saturday mornings, first thing. I arrived this morning at 9:05AM (they open at 9AM) and dropped off a tire and rim to have the new tire mounted and balanced. When I arrived one of the mechanics was standing by the counter and he said, "tire swap, I can take care of that now." That is the right answer, after all, it's only a 20 minute job. The female millennial (child) working at the counter told him "no, there's 2 appointments you need to deal with first", the mechanic then walked back to the service area. She further explained that they had 2 appointments this morning ahead of me and it might be Tuesday before they could mount and balance my tire. I explained to her that this is only a 20 minute job and she said they should be able to get to it today. I asked if they would call me when it was completed and she said yes, then she said I should come in after 3PM. I should've left then and went somewhere else. I called around 3PM and an adult woman answered the phone, she said the tire was done, but no one called me. I picked up the tire and asked to speak with the manager, the child said she is a manager. I then asked if she was the owners child because of her snarky and condescending tone both this AM and this afternoon and the older woman said, "almost." I expected that she was related to the owners because she had no regard for people, customers or treating customers properly.
I explained the situation and that it was unacceptable and told them I wouldn't be back, the older woman and the child at the counter just shrugged their shoulders.
I recommend avoiding this place, it's amateur hour there and the spoiled children that run the place treat customers poorly. I'll NEVER be back. read more
