She is always checking on tenants, properties, and following up promptly even for silly things. She treats the property she manages as if it was her own, and the tenants as family. The property of hers I am in is clean, secure, maintained impeccably, and issues, though few, are immediately and thoughtfully taken care of. She has come by to bring me items and even allowed me to have packages to be sent to her directly, then she brought them to me asap. What more could a property owner or tenant ask for? If I owned rentals in Louisville, as I have in other states, I wouldn't bother looking at anyone else if I could use her. I was fortunate enough as a tenant to find All Property Management and Heather in a city chock full of lesser property managers who I've had experience with. She knows what owners and tenants want, and quickly delivers positive results. The value is great, because you not only get a great place to live but well-vetted neighbors, and a seriously responsive property management company. As an owner or tenant, she is here to help you immediately.

Y'all, the rates these past few years were just too good to not consider a refi or a purchase. When…read moreCOVID hit, I like everyone else, was all of a sudden stuck at home. I'm a really active person, so this was extra tough. My gym, where I swam laps regularly was also shut down as a result of social-distancing. Having owned my home since 2003, I had a good deal of equity and was a few years away from paying off my house. Watching the market, I saw rates getting lower and lower, so I started imagining, then researching what it would cost to have an in-ground pool installed. After a month of serious research, the rates dropped and were hovering at what I understand to be an all-time low, 2.5%.. That rate flipped the switch in my brain that said, "yea.. I think i can actually afford to install a pool". So I called my younger brother, David Meek (aka #DMeekMortgagePro). The process could not have been more simple. Of course, I shopped around. I called my current lender and researched other lenders and brokers, but ultimately found that David was able to offer me the best rate and the most personal service. He was available to answer questions, talk through options, and was transparent and straightforward about fees, deadlines, and everything in-between. Plus, in this quarantined world, everything but the final signing was remote. Yes, David is my little brother, but he worked HARD for my business. He and I were both clear that if I found a better option, I would and should take it. I started the conversation with David in June 2020 and closed the first week in August 2020. The process was slowed by ME, because I was still working with pool contractors to figure out exactly how much cash out I needed for the pool. Two weeks after my re-finance, I was all set up with a new, 20-year mortgage at a really affordable rate, cash in hand, pool ordered, and eager for the install. In May, I didn't think my dream of having an in-ground pool was obtainable and now I'm looking forward to my second year as a pool owner! David made that dream become a reality for me. I could not be more thrilled. During our time working together, I learned that David volunteers with Junior Achievement because he has a passion for helping folx with their finances and making homeownership a reality for some that never thought it was possible. David is all about empowering people in their own financial success. He's a straight-shooter who literally works 20-40 extra hours a week for his clients. He has a dream of one day being able to offer free seminars to teach people about savings, investments, retirement, and repairing credit scores. I love that! Before working with David personally, I'd referred him to a co-worker who had been a renter their entire life and had a garbage can of a credit score. I watched this person work with David for 2 years to get their score in the 700s and ultimately qualify to purchase their first home.. something they never dreamed would be possible. If you're thinking about refinancing, or you're dreaming of buying a home, give David a call. He's licensed in KY and IN. I guarantee he'll work hard and do right by you. He's a really, really good egg. Thanks, David.

I was manipulated into making repairs to a home before buying that couldn't be closed on, this left us homeless for months and we couldn't even get legal help to try and get out money back because we didn't lose enough money for it to be profitable for a lawyer or litigator to take the case. As with many realtors, he/she acted like our (my) best friend until the contract was signed. The agent was frequently late for showings, took personal calls during them and didn't work on a particular day during the weekend. Despite years of experience, there was also a small measure of naivety which cost us time. The "client gift of appreciation" that we received was homemade which would have been great except that it was obviously an inexpensive token and didn't coordinate with the style of our new home. We tried to give it away, but even friends and family didn't want it. I've nothing against Dave Ramsey, but it seems his "endorsed" agents are the worst. For example, it bothered me that our realtor had an adage in their e-mail basically stating he/she will work hard for you because they want to become wealthy. We've definitely had better experiences with past realtors. (As a side note, to date we've not received a personal thank you note, Christmas card...nothing, from either the realtor or this agency.)

When we had a buyer drop out, he was quick to inform us of it and after that, the process went smoothly and quickly. It seemed like he legitimately wanted to do a good job and help us out. It is notable that the photographer took some really excellent photos of the home and we received above asking price on the house. It is even more notable that we had actually hired a realtor before Kyle and the process was an awful mess and we found out the hard way that the right agent truly makes all the difference. The first agent couldn't even sell our house below asking price, even after 6 months, whereas Kyle sold it above that price and all was finalized in something like 6 weeks, start to finish. The first couldn't get anyone to show up for showings, whereas Kyle had too many people to count and multiple offers. Needless to say, we would use him again with no hesitation!
