The person in charge of our build was nice enough, but didn't care about the build at all. We ended up with a house that quality wise wasn't worth the money. Taylor's customer service is so bad, I didn't even want to turn in any warranty claims because I didn't want any of their contractors to work on the house. I DO NOT recommend Taylor Homes to anyone.
