We also needed the entire house painted, a closest built around our mechanicals and additional shelving erected in the laundry area, as well as some electrical work. Luke came out, listened to everything we had to say and gave excellent input for the project. He gave us an estimate and stayed within the estimate for the entire job. Luke started on time, communicated throughout the entire timeline and ended on time. Luke, as well as his skilled carpenters, never minded being interrupted with questions and always took the time to communicate clearly. The project took approximately two weeks to complete. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Luke's warehouse to choose the items we needed for the repair and remodeling. Luke also did all the ordering, pick up and checked the materials that were delivered. We never had to bother with any items that were needed for our home. When I asked for his credentials, Luke did not hesitate to provide me a copy of his Kentucky contractor's license and his insurance. We noticed the way Luke was with the men he worked with. They had immense respect for each other. We are confident that the crew will stay with Luke. Finding a quality business to do home repair and remodeling is very difficult. Weeks and weeks pass by and I don't hear anything from Bone Dry regarding a date where they plan to come out and get the job done. I get text messages on April 30th, May 14th, and May 28th saying they eager to begin working on my roof. June 15th rolls around and nothing has been done or communicated. The issue had become much worse , where my gutter and gutter board were now detached from my home and laying across my patio. I call their office and speak to someone who says she will have someone reach out to me by EOD. I hear nothing. I call back the following day and notify them that no one reached out to me as they said they would. The person I spoke to told me she was going to contact the main boss (who was on family vacation) to see if someone could reach out to me. I finally hear from someone and they scheduled a crew to come out on June 17th to get the work done. The crew did in fact show the morning of June 17th and got the job done. As soon as the job was complete, I began getting mass amounts of text messages and phone calls to make sure I pay the invoice. If only I received the same effort to get my roof fixed as I did to receive my payment... Not once I have received an apology, communication where they went wrong, nothing (expect constant hounding for payment).

The job was on the small side so Curtis and his amazing crew were able to finish the job in one day. They installed a curtain drain (buried) throughout my yard, and a sump pump in my basement. The sump pump is also tied to the new drain system. Looking at my yard after the job you can't tell they were here. Curtis and his crew were able to save my sod and put it back over parts of the drainage system! They were fast and super clean! One day for drop-off of materials and the other day for installation. While the finished product is solid and I'm pleased, this experience lacked the polish of our first two installs. The "bummers" included the team arriving fairly late, almost 1-2 hrs than planned. Installation didn't finish in the one day we were scheduled. It took them 3 days and they weren't consecutive, so it took more like 3 weeks. The team didn't install pads on furniture, like the other installs, and it resulted in deeply scratched boards that had to be pulled up and replaced again. Thankfully we had extra material. The good that was appreciated included well cut corners for the kick board, took accountability for the scratches and fixed without a fight, and agreed to install a very small piece of footboard we didn't originally have in place. Note: pay by check to avoid any credit card fees. My husband paid the deposit with a credit card, which I asked him not to do, so they credited the card and let me pay the full amount by check. If you're considering flooring I do recommend you call them. We have gotten quotes easily and quickly, which is the first step in project planning. Knowing what to budget is half the battle.

(As a matter of fact, they did not ask for any money until after the work was completed, and satisfaction of the work was confirmed first!) ProClaim Roofing came to my home to assist with the repair process before the insurance company had even contacted me to schedule an adjuster to visit. They even secured protection on the roof to prevent any further damage until repairs were able to be made. The day that the insurance adjuster made their visit, the ProClaim Roofing team was on-site early and accompanied the insurance adjuster during visit to help evaluate the roof damages. The professional staff helped to familiarize the insurance adjuster with the repairs necessary. After the insurance claim quotation was made, the team was also able to identify additional items that were neglected in the original insurance quotation for the repairs. They contacted the insurance adjuster, and were able to successfully prevent future out-of-pocket costs, and immediately let me know of the changes.
